Summary: We had a fantastic family holiday at Isabelle's place in Barbentane. The highlight is the backyard, which is a beautiful space to enjoy summer in Provence. We had our family of four including our two young daughters and grandparents and there was so much space in the house with everything you need o cook and enjoy what the local area has to offer. The house is an easy 5-10 min stroll to the local town which has a boulangery, supermarket, butcher and a couple of restaurants. Ideal location to explore the major areas of north Provence, with a 15 min drive to Avignon and 30-40 minute drive to other locations like Arles, Pont du Gard, wineries, St Remy, Luberon areas Gordes, Merneabes, etc. Isabelle was also a fantastic host that was contactable but also left us to enjoy everything that the area has to offer. Would definitely choose this house again.
