Positive: Great space both inside and out with beautiful views. The house is well stocked with plenty of plates cups and glasses. The beds were very comfortable. The house being cleaned half way through, fresh sheets and towels was a nice touch. The outside space was excellent for soaking up the sun and the view.

Positive: The view from Villa Zinnia is amazing, never tired of gazing out across the bay. We were really happy with the location too. Really easy to get into Skiathos Town or to beaches as bus stop at the bottom of the steps. Also closest beach is only 5 mins walk away Villa itself is well equipped and the pool a really good size

Positive: Amazing views, a proper swimming pool and a really well thought out design to the villa. There was 4 of us staying and it felt it could easily have fitted 8 people. Christos was great to deal with and Sonia who came to clean every couple of days was brilliant. Well worth the money if you can get booked in.

Negative: Not something I didn’t like, but you will need a car if you’re not good on your feet.

Summary: Will definitely be back. Had a great time on Skiathos made better by having this villa.

Positive: The views are spectacular, the villa is beautiful. The cleaner Sonia was wonderful, helpful and caring. The outside dining and seating areas were perfect for our family. 7 people from 16years to 87 years old. On the TV someone called Richard has logged into Prime Video and had purchased Mamma Mia so we were all able to watch it one evening, as part of our Mamma Mia holiday to Skopelos and Skiathos. Two pieces of advice for people staying here: 1. Wolt app allows you to order restaurant food and have it delivered to the door of the villa. Delivery charge 0.75€ to 1.50€ 2. The supermarket down in Achladies (the first one as you walk from the villa) has a free delivery service and they give you a lift home, as well if you spend over 35€.

Negative: The lane to access the villa is very steep, which I was not aware of, so dragging our luggage up to the villa was very hard and very tough for our 87year old grandmother. She didn't leave the villa after that, but she enjoyed the villa the view and the air conditioning.

Positive: The property definitely has the WOW factor when you first walk in and see the view over the infinity pool. The outdoor space is amazing, sunbeds, easy loungers and an outdoor dining table. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The air con is very effective and quiet so it doesn’t keep you awake. The property is in easy walking distance to bus stop 10 and 11. Either by the steep hill or the steps. Absolutely beautiful property, amazing views, great pool and lovely to sit out at night with all the lights off and look up at the stars.

Positive: Location and view fantastic; need a car for access. Really good facilities - great to have a kitchen that was actually equipped for a group, unlike some other villas we have used. Pool was wonderful.

Negative: One or two spots could do with a deeper clean, but generally good.

Positive: The villa is well thought out. It consists of two buildings (joined by a large balcony): one for sleeping and the other for relaxing and cooking. The pool is the centrepiece of the villa, with a view that really adds a lot of value to the property. The pool was at a good temperature, clean, and at a good depth. Our group had seven people, and there was plenty of space to relax and take in the views. The villa is easy to find (bus stop 10) and close to the beach! Due to the property's elevation, there is a steep road to walk up, and although rewarded with a view at the end of the walk, it was challenging on the legs. The host was fantastic and quick to respond to any questions, and cleaners were present throughout the week we were there—a perfect place to stay and enjoy the island. We recommend hiring a car for the visit, although due to the villa's location, there are plenty of ways to explore the island (bus, sea taxi, taxi, etc...).

Negative: We had no 'dislikes'; just be aware of the steep hill. The main road passes the property, and you can hear the traffic from the pool. It wasn't a distraction or problem, just something to be aware of.

Summary: Excellent villa with spectacular views and comfy for large groups.
