Positive: Close to nature, feels at home in the villa and with the staff, the terrace view is stunning - both sea and mountain. Everything is close within Sinemorets, you can eat ice cream, dine in Talyana or just walk around.

Positive: The Villa has a lovely family atmosphere. It's rustic garden is very pleasant and we particularly enjoyed our personal outdoor table and chairs in a shady spot below our room. Yanna is an agreeable and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Negative: The pictures of the exterior of the property and the garden misresent the current condition of the facilities and I was initially disappointed by this. This negatively affected my rating. Once I got used to the idea however I got over it but this should be corrected.

Positive: Lovely place for a family vacation. The shared kitchen is well equipped, the rooms were clean, and the huge yard is just lovely to enjoy coffee and dinner. We were in the low season, so it was not crowded and we enjoyed it a lot. The staff helped us with booking a table and a boat trip in the village, which was super helpful and something they suggested themselves, so we appreciate it, as it saved us some research and going around.
