The villa is spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely attention to detail throughout. The outdoor area was a highlight – perfect for enjoying meals, relaxing in the sun, or letting the kids play. The location is also fantastic: peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from the airport, beaches, shops, and restaurants. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great tips for exploring the area and always available if we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. Positive: The outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, children’s swings and slide, and the gym with pool table were great for the children and kept them entertained. Josip, Marina and the family were very helpful and attentive giving us tips about our stay in Dubrovnik. Marina provided us with local dishes which were delicious and very welcome. The airport is only 1km away and the villa is in an ideal location for exploring Dubrovnik and the nearby area, as well as going across the border to Montenegro & Bosnia. Highly recommended as a base of visiting Dubrovnik.

Positive: Excellent facilities with large private garden and pool area. Fully equipped with outdoor kitchen and toilet, fireplace, grill, fridge, deck chairs, playground, indoor gym and pool table. Two shaded outside dining areas. The host family was very nice and even cooked a local meal with homegrown vegetables and grilled meat for us the last evening of our stay. Great location close to Cavtat and Dubrovnik.
