Villa Fontanelle is a villa with swimming pool situated in a bi-familiar complex. The house, which is 150 s.m is situated in a very calm place, 2 km far from the sea and it enjoys a beautiful view on the Aeolian Islands.
The house can host up to 8 people and it structured on 2 floors:
GROUND FLOOR: a kitchen, a big living/dining-room with sofa-bed for 2 guests, 1 bathroom. There's no air conditioning on the ground floor.
FIRST FLOOR: 3 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, all with air conditioning, and 1 bathroom.
The house is surrounded by a garden and has a terrace with an outdoor table so that you can enjoy your meals outside. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the sea and the Aeolian Islands and from the swimming pool it is even better: you'll feel like you can "touch the sea"!
IMPORTANT: I live with my family on the other side of the bi-familiar house, so the swimming pool is going to be shared. The side that we rent has independent entrance and garden, so don't be concerned about your privacy!

•The pool will be open from May to October and can be used any time you like, except for when we are cleaning it.

Summary: We were very impressed with Villa Fontanelle - a true "villa" level experience! Facilities were even better than advertised, with air conditioning now available on both floors. Martina welcomed us and took care of our wishes in a quick and exemplary manner, fully utilizing WhatsApp for easy-to-use guidance and links. The pool was great and we had it 100% for ourselves. Not cheap, but definitely worth the money!

Summary: "This house has a fantastic pool - although shared by the owner it is virtually for your private use. we spent hours by the pool. the house itself was lovely - very comfortable and clean. You do need a car though."

Summary: "This is a wonderful house. the views are absolutely spectacular. the family is nice. the location is great (the only thing you need to no that a car is absolutely necessary. also it should be said that the owner is living in the same house. but you do not hear them or the other way round.)"

Summary: "Outstanding location for a holiday in Sicily. Excellent conditions for staying up to 8 people with all necessary amenities. The location is easy to be accesed by car and the view over the sea and mountains it is trully impressive. The owners are anytime ready to help you and they makes your journey very pleasant."

Summary: "The only negative aspect was that one of the three bedrooms is small, very suitable for children, but not very suitable for an adult couple. We were 3 adult couples and for one of the couples was unfair comparing to the others who had benefit of large bedrooms, with balcony and great view. For the rest, only very good things to say. Very clean, very nice vila, very nice view, very nice terrace. Everything was perfect. We spent a great time there."
