Summary: Waar voor je geld! Heerlijke woning met ruime kamers en grote keuken. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en het contact met de huiseigenaar verliep zeer goed. Dank voor alles!

Summary: Pluspunten : Wellness gedeelte. Ruime slaapkamers. Ontspanningsmogelijkheden in het huis zijn heel uitgebreid. Binnen hoor je quasi niets van het verkeer Leuke zitplaats met vuurput/barbecue buiten Voldoende wc's. Lekker warm binnen. Propere opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst + de nodige badhanddoeken en dergelijke voor ons (wij waren met 5 personen) Er zijn in de buurt genoeg wandelingen en toeristische attracties te doen. Mindere punten (voor ons, misschien vindt iemand anders dat juist een pluspunt) De foto's zijn misleidend : je hebt maar toegang tot 1 keuken (die in de ontspanningszaal) De zetel was ook een andere als op de foto's en heel hard om te zitten. Er zijn maar 5 zitplaatsen op de zetels. De keuken heeft open kasten en daardoor lag er wel wat stof in. We hebben nergens handleidingen gevonden voor microgolf/tv/enz... Voor ons krijgt het een 7,5/10, vooral omdat de foto's misleidend zijn.

Summary: Huis was schoon en in alles was voorzien. De bedden waren al keurig opgemaakt. Een paar fijne dagen gehad. Wellness ruimte was erg compleet. De jacuzzi was prima op temperatuur. Aanrader dus!

Summary: Prachtig huis met uitstekende faciliteiten! Met name het bubbelbad en de sauna's waren fantastisch. De tweede keuken zoals op de foto's was echter niet toegankelijk. Woonkamer met open haard was ook heerlijk. Grote aanrader!

Summary: Heel ruim huis met veel mogelijkheden voor groot en klein. Door de vele ontspanningsmogelijkheden in verschillende ruimtes loop je elkaar niet voor de voeten wanneer je er met een grotere groep verblijft. Heel proper sanitair. Aangenaam warm niettegenstaande de grote ruimtes. Grote ruimtes met voldoende opbergmogelijkheden, ook de slaapkamers. Buiten je eigen kleding en persoonlijke spulletjes hoef je niets mee te brengen. Alle materiaal is aanwezig. Tip voor de eigenaar: misschien een 2-tal nieuwe pannen voorzien in de keuken. Er was er maar eentje en de tefallaag was flink beschadigd. Veel mogelijkheden om ook buitenshuis aktiviteiten te ondernemen. Heerlijk wandelen in de omgeving met prachtige vergezichten. Bakker, beenhouwer, winkel met lokale produkten, pizzeria, café met terras, ... op loopafstand. Eén minpunt vonden wij de aanwezigheid van slechts 1 volwaardige badkamer. Weliswaar een heel ruime badkamer met douche, bad en dubbele lavabo. Verder nog een badkamer met dubbele lavabo en toilet. Wij waren met 7 volwassenen en 1 kind en voor ons was het doenbaar maar het huis is voorzien voor 12 personen en in dat geval lijkt het ons onvoldoende. Niettegenstaande het minpunt van de badkamer hebben wij er een heerlijk verlengd weekend doorgebracht.

Summary: Fijne, rustig gelegen en ruime woning. Vooral de recreatieruimte met bar speltafels en wellness biedt voor ieder wat wils! Wij hadden heerlijk weer en hebben volop van de zithoek buiten met Vuurschaal/grill kunnen genieten. De slaapkamers zijn ietswat outdated maar zijn functioneel en ruim met redelijk goede bedden. Enige nadeel is dat de woning door houten vloeren redelijk gehorig is en dat niet alle toiletten en badkamers afsluitbaar zijn.

Summary: Mooi huis, lekker ruim voor meerdere koppels/gezinnen. Bedden waren opgemaakt bij aankomst (erg fijn). Toiletten en badkamers waren schoon. Rest van het huis niet goed schoongemaakt (eerst alle glazen/kopjes pannen bestek etc zelf schoongemaakt, was allemaal erg plakkerig). Geen sloten op de badkamer en toiletdeuren (op 1 toilet na). Geen comfortabele stoelen in de tuin, wat jammer was want wij hadden een zonnige week. Voordelen wegen op tegen de nadelen dus wil dit huis wel aanbevelen, maar had top kunnen zijn met een paar aanpassingen.

Summary: Het huis is ruim maar niet zo ruim als op de foto’s, deze geven een vertekend beeld. Bij aankomst bleek de keuken vóór in het huis vol met rommel te staan, was het koffiezetapparaat helemaal beschimmeld, de afwasmachine in de keuken beneden kapot (en volledig beschimmeld en bedorven van binnen) en de oven kapot. Meteen een mail naar de eigenaar gestuurd, die werkte in eerste instantie niet echt mee. De keuken voor in het huis was zoals hij zei privé. Bij meerdere malen aangeven dat het wel degelijk op de foto’s en beschrijving stond ruimde hij uiteindelijk de troep op. Verder werd de oven na een aantal dagen vervangen. Het gras in de tuin staat heel hoog zodat er niet echt gebruik van gemaakt kan worden (grasmaaier was stuk). En zo kan ik wel doorgaan. Maar laat ik het anders zeggen; het is in potentie een uitstekend huis maar we hebben, geheel vrijblijvend, een aantal verbeterpunten; - ruim de tuin op; er staat overal bouwafval, puin, oude gootstenen, stapels met tegels etc etc; echt geen gezicht! - onderhoud de tuin; snoei de struiken en haal bomen weg, zet een hek om de tuin; is ook veiliger met kinderen en honden; nu kunnen ze zomaar de drukke weg op lopen aan de voorkant van het huis. - onderhoud het huis: werk alles verder af, nu is het maar half gedaan, de kasten in de slaapkamers gaan óf niet open óf de deuren vallen er uit. De ramen aan de voorkant van het huis worden deels overwoekerd door de struiken en 1 van de houten luiken gaat niet meer open; gevolg is een hele donkere woonkamer. Maak het huis eens goed schoon; er lag nog van alles onder de tafels en bedden. -sloten op de deuren van de wc en badkamer; is wel zo prettig, en tevens raambekleding voor de ramen in de badkamer; nu kan iedereen je zien vanaf de openbare weg. - investeer in een paar nieuwe dingen; een fatsoenlijk servies, glazen, pannen en bestek. Een nieuw broodrooster. Maar ook een fatsoenlijke tuinset; nu staat er een oude tafel met 4 (!) oude houten zeer gammele stoeltjes. Een paar ligstoelen zou leuk zijn en ook genoeg degelijke stoelen voor om de tafel. De spellen en speelgoed tafels maken, nu was alleen de pingpong tafel te gebruiken. - ruim het huis op; er ligt zo ontzettend veel zooi van de vorige huurders; allerlei spullen maar ook etenswaren etc. Zit niemand op te wachten, weg ermee. - een waslijn of wasrek; wel een wasmachine maar niets om je kleren aan op te hangen; niet echt handig. - een nieuwe stofzuiger, met deze is echt niet meer te zuigen; is volledig versleten. Wat wel positief was; de vuurplek, de biljartkamer, de goede wifi en de jacuzzi. Luc (eigenaar) bracht na 6 dagen hout zodat we konden stoken. Aldus; we hebben een fijne vakantie gehad maar het gaat ons aan het hart dat zo’n leuk huis zo slecht beheerd wordt. Er is veel meer van te maken!!
