Coral Villa 2 is luxury south facing 4-bedroom, four-bathroom villa and is the most sought-after villa on the popular five-star Sunset Beach Club, it is closer to the sea & private beach than any other rental villa. It offers a private pool, a large parasol and sun protection awnings for shade, magnificent panoramic sea, island & mountain views from bedrooms, lounge, & patio.
We have chosen to make our second family home on this beautiful stretch of the Mediterranean coast. We use the villa as a family retreat and offer it to guests when we are not using it. Because it is our home it has been furnished to a very high standard with luxurious beds, plenty of wardrobe space, towels and hair driers and the kitchen is fully equipped and everything you need, for either a short or long stay, it even has central heating if you want to stay in the winter!
The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, hob, oven, kettle, fridge-freezer microwave, toaster, comprehensive crockery cupboard saucepans and plenty of storage space.
Calis, where the villa is situated, is blessed with many restaurants and bars that cater for everyone's taste and budget, with the majority set out along the one-mile promenade and facing out to sea. most Turkish people here speak very good English, and you are never alone with Google translate!
For the adrenaline junkies there is parascending, paragliding and diving. for all of us, there are boat trips round the many islands, cable car up the mountain, bicycle hire, jeep safaris and sightseeing around the ancient, ruined cities or just relax by our private pool.
The local buses, dolmus, run about every ten minutes into the local town of Fethiye, where there are further restaurants, banks, bureau-de-change and shops and the bazar. Turkish cuisine focuses on fresh ingredients, with their specialities being fish, chicken and steak.
Sunsetbeach Club where the villa is situated has a small shop and there are half a dozen local shops nearby.
To meet all internet needs, the villa is connected to fibre Wi-Fi with speeds up to 400mbs and the internet is free.

Summary: Lovely 10 night stay in August 2023, villa is in a fantastic location, 100 yards from the beach and 20 mins walk to Calis Beach restaurants and shops. Everything you need in the villa, air con all round and lots of space. Kids had a great time in the pool at the back plus the other 4 or 5 on site. Only minor point was lack of blackout curtains in the bedrooms, the sun is up from 5.30am in August and can be a little bright in the mornings

Summary: From start to finish this was seamless. Communication before our stay was great from the owner and property manager Bayram. We were collected from airport by private transfer, straight to our own gate. The Villa was spotless and perfect size for us with my 70 years old mum down to our youngest age 11.everything we needed was provided. The aircon was fab, much needed, and being able to jump in our own private pool was just perfect! and my hubby and I slept so well on the mattress in the master bedroom. Bayram was always on hand to answer any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you to the Auty family for sharing their lovely home.

Summary: Villa was really great with everything we needed for a family of 5 including 3 teenagers. We have stayed at Sunset Beach Resort before but this villa was the best in terms of location, check in, nice touches in the villa. Everyone had a great time.

Summary: It was a spontaneous decision we’ve made: to go to Turkey seaside with preference of villa rather than ordinary hotel. And we weren’t disappointed anyhow! Warm welcoming of Bayram, property manger onsite, his kind support and guidance worth 5 stars! Thankful for all his help: from ordering a taxi, organisation of a car rental, quick response at all times! About the property. It is a modern, well-furnitured villa with all needed amenities in the kitchen and all over the place: Bath and beach towels, sanitary items, hair-dryers, iron, fresh linens.. We felt like home there! The private pool is something special. It was maintained every morning with service of fresh water filling, cleansing and dry-leaves were always cleaned on time. Really enjoyed staying at the pool. We enjoyed having pleasant evening dinners with BBQ on the terrace. About the surroundings. The villa is assembled in the Sunset Beach Club resort and has all what’s needed: a small shop, spa center, restaurant, bar, cascade of pools for common usage. It is better than a hotel, we are sure! Location of the property. It is literally 50 steps, and you’re at the seashore. Marvelous location! For travelers who want to see places of interest nearby - beautiful Fethiye is close, we have visited couple of beaches like: new Sea Me beach, Help beach, Kidrak beach, etc. Special thanks to Neil, the property owner, who kindly responded to my inquiries at the planning stage! Summary: The villa was clean and tidy and in a good location. From the description we assumed it was 4 en-suite bedrooms and did not realise that the bathroom for the fourth bedroom was on the floor below. Management company and owner were very helpful. A few dishes to use in oven and microwave would have made life easier but good poolside beds and umbrellas for a large group

Summary: We have just spent two weeks in this fabulous villa. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The pool area was great with plenty of shade from the parasols and the air conditioning throughout was very welcome! Lots to do & see in the area and easy to get about without needing a car. Any queries were quickly sorted out. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Coral Villa 2 is a perfect spot for a family holiday. Lovely, clean, light villa with air con in all rooms, plenty of bathrooms, great sized fridge and refreshing pool in which to cool off and a 30 second walk to the beach where we saw sea turtles in the mornings! The kids (22,20,18,17) had a fab time and went out most nights. The Turkish people were delightful and humorous and kind!! Nadine was fabulous and always directed us to excellent trips, some of which we did twice they were so good! She responded so promptly whenever we had a query and could not have been more helpful. Food was excellent and so reasonable. Weather....we did not see a cloud in 2 weeks...it could not have been better. Coral Villa 2 is a great base from which to explore the local area which has so much to offer and all at very reasonable prices!!
