Villa Vista has been recently furnished with modern furniture and decoration, with attractive landscaped gardens. Villa Vista comfortably accommodates 6 people, in three large bedrooms. The Villa has a spacious living and dining room which overlooks the perfect view across the countryside. The villa has a large south facing patio with a good sized private swimming pool (approx 8x4m) and unobstructed views across open countryside. There is secured parking for 2 vehicles. Villa Vista is located on the edge of the small village of Montizana, just 10 min drive from the coastal resort of Zelena Laguna, 15 min drive from Porec and within easy reach of Adriatic coastal towns and hilltop villages. Shops and several excellent restaurants are just a few minutes drive away.
Outside: The villa has a patio featuring a private 8x4m swimming pool. Outdoor split level patio furniture and sun beds are provided and seperate BBQ / dining terrace. The property occupies a quiet and secluded position, amongst a handful of other villas, yet is only a short drive from the coast and other attractions.
Coast Beach: Beautiful beaches are located in small coves along the coast within a 10 minute drive. Many are rocky with swimming platforms that extend out into the sea. Southward along the forested coastline are the resorts of Zelena Laguna and Plava Laguna, as well as Marinas at Vrsar and Funtana.

Summary: The property is ideally situated, on the top of a hill of a tiny hamlet, with a magnificent view. It is very quiet and close to Poreč (10 min drive) and Rovinj (20 min drive). The owner Robert is a very kind and flexible man, extremely well organized and helpful. You get a lot of information in advance. We had a problem with our car the day of our departure and Robert allowed us to stay longer in the house than foreseen, which we appreciated very much! The house itself is fully equipped and has a nice warm water pool. Our kids enjoyed it a lot. I can really recommend this place!

Summary: The general experience is very positive. All the facilities (rooms, bathrooms, pool, terrace) were very clean. The kids (3 + 6 years) enjoyed the swimming pool. There is a lot of privacy for the stay. There is a very nice view from the pool to the hills practically to Porec. One can find everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. In spite of very hot temperatures outside the air conditioning kept the house calm. The supermarkets are 5-10 min drive away from the house. In general, we can recommend the stay here and I can imagine that we can come back. We found WLAN good enough to watch the NETFLIX though there are plenty of DVD’S and table games. Only a few things could be improved: It would be nice to have the PDF’ map from the “top” of how to get to the house. In spite of google map from FeWo-direct the direction/description is not an absolutely correct and easy to follow. If one comes in the night one can have a big problem. The last 50 meters is graved road. The oven is somewhat old so that it was not clear for us if one is at min./max heat. We really did not use the room in the basement but it could be a little dangerous with kids as from one side the stairs are opened. Another Guest wrote the same. I must admit that parking is not as easy at the foreseen parking lot but one could leave the car in front of the entrance gate. I hope it could be of use…

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was there. Also worth mentioning are the breathtaking views from the terrace. The communication with Robert was pleasant and clear. We highly recommend this place.

Summary: If you enjoy tranquility and do not mind a 20 minute ride to the next bigger city for shopping, sight seeing, restaurants and diversion you are quite right at this place. We very much enjoyed our stay. The house offers everything you need, with two bathrooms and teenagers on board you also might say it’s a luxury😊. The private pool is bigger than expected and very clean. And there is a small library in the house, so if you run out of reading material, just have a look. By the way we added two more to it. The only thing I would have preferred to be mentioned or shown more precisely in the object description is the 3rd bedroom. It is accessible through stairs to a lower floor but it is an open room without doors. Although you are fully out of side from upstairs there is no real privacy. We were two adult couples (parents, grown up daughter and boyfriend and a nearly grownup teenager couple) so all at an age that prefers its privacy. That’s the reason for finally not giving 5 stars. Nevertheless, the object is very nice and recommendable and we had two beautiful weeks over there. Last but not least, not to forget, the owner is very kind and obliging and always replies within shortest time when being contacted.

Summary: Villa Vista is superb, the photographs don't do it justice. It has an open plan living/kitchen area, which is perfect for family time together. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable and the air conditioning works a treat as when we were staying the temperature was over 30 degrees every day. The pool exceeded our expectations as it is much larger than the photos depict. From the house, patio and pool the views of the surrounding countryside are amazing. We utilized the BBQ which has its own secluded seating area at a lower level to the pool. The pool and gardens were maintained to a high standard and the house was very clean, towels and sheets were changed weekly. The villa is situated in a small hamlet and although there is a house either side, the perimeter of the garden is very well screened with established hedges, providing privacy. A ten minute drive takes you to the historical coastal town of Porec, with cobbled streets, and quaint buildings. You are spoiled for choice with places to eat and drink. We caught the ferry from Porec to Venice, which can be as a day trip or stay several nights in Venice as we did to explore. There are many things to do in close proximity to the villa, we visited historical villages, caves, a roman amphitheatre in Pula and went jet skiing in Porec. Croatia is beautiful and well worth a visit. We drove from the UK, approx 900 miles from Calais, the journey was very easy and the Austrian Alps were spectacular. We will definitely to Villa Vista as it provided everything we needed and was excellent value for money.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in the villa. It is well equipped, great view and we really appreciated the swimming pool. The villa is located in a nice countryside but no more than 10-15 mn from Porec, the sea and the beaches. We also the immediate Robert's reactivity when we needed him.

Summary: We had the most amazing vacation at the lovely Villa Vista!! The house was very clean and it has a great pool and stunning view. We cooked most our meals at the villa due to our daughter's food allergy and it was lovely to sit outside and eat while looking at the view and hearing the donkeys and sheep from somewhere in the little village :) Everything went great, from booking to the information about getting to the villa and the welcome pack and guest book was very nice and helpful. Thank you Rob!! This was our first time in Croatia but not our last. We would love to stay at the villa again. We, a family of 5 from Sweden, absolutely loved it!

Summary: A very nice house and pool with a beutiful view. We had a fantastic time! We were four adults and two children (8,10) and it was spacious and comfortable for us. Two bathrooms both with showers was perfect. The contact between the owner and also the caretakers before, during and after was very smooth and pleasant, such nice people! You need a car to move around, the location is a bit remote from stores, restaurants etc, but that is also part of the charm and it is a wonderful place to really relax.
