Outside is much place to chill and the pool was the best. very big and clean warer. We liked the place and enjoyed the trip.

Summary: The amenities were even better than the pictures made it seem. The pool is huge and there is a lot of garden space to outdoor activities. The host Gianluca helped us with everything we needed and we had an amazing time. Would go back anytime

Summary: This property was absolutely perfect for a weekend of relaxation. We came with two families and a bunch of kids. The pool is huge and clean and the whole area was perfect for relaxing and having fun on sunny days. We enjoyed visiting with Skipper, the gorgeous horse who oversees the grounds. The house had more than enough space for our group of 11. We played pool and ping pong and poker. The property had so many entertainment options. We hardly ever wanted to leave, but the location made it easy when we did. We took short rides to get groceries and visited cute local bakeries for breakfast treats. One night, we went to Angera to have dinner on Lago Maggiore. Gianluca was a great host. He was flexible with meeting us upon our late arrival due to traffic. He was immediately responsive when we had a small issue at the house. All in all, we highly recommend this property as a great place for a nice size group if you are looking for peace, quiet, and plenty of entertainment options without having to leave.

Summary: Our family of twelve thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at this beautiful, spacious villa which was in a convenient location from the airport but also from Lake Como and Lake Maggiore. The villa was clean and the kitchen well equipped. Gianluca was extremely helpful and replied to all my questions promptly before we arrived. All his family were very friendly and we felt very welcome. The gardens around the villa are lovely and peaceful. There was so much to do at the villa with a games room for the children, table tennis outside, a pool table and the huge swimming pool. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa and would certainly return. Thank you to Gianluca, Veronica, Gianluca’s mother and family.
