Summary: This property has everything you need for a self catering holiday. We had a warm welcome on arrival and soon felt at home. The shared pool is brilliant, we used it everyday. The private terrace was great for eating all our meals outside admiring the sea view. We had hired a car and found many lovely places to visit within reach of the property. Plenty of supermarkets on route from Olbia airport to stock up. A lovely place for a family stay. We would recommend.

Summary: Whilst the villa is basic, it has everything you need for a relaxing, self sufficient holiday. Very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. We stayed for 10 nights and had a truly amazing time, the location is stunning, set high in the hills of Pantogia. Views out to sea are stunning. The only downside is to get to the villa you have to negotiate a steep, winding road! As nervous British travellers, this was pretty daunting but I am sure fine for those used to the roads. During our stay we had a towel change but not sheets, not a problem as there is a handy washing machine in the kitchen. The villa is a good size for 4 people although can accommodate 6 with the sofa bed. The large terrace is lovely and has loungers, table chairs and a bbq ( which we didn’t use). One highlight for us was the pool and beautifully tended surrounding gardens. So peaceful there and the pool is kept immaculately clean. overall I would highly recommend this property if you are seeking a tranquil location with good access to the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. And a huge thank you to Myriam who answered my many questions rapidly and thoroughly!

Summary: Playa Royale is one of the nicest buildings we have ever stayed in. We had the most fantastic time. The home was beautiful, equipped with 1 large bedroom with respective ensuite bathroom, plus there is another bathroom for guests if you had some staying with you on the sofas. The deck looks right at the beautiful swimming pool and ocean, you are so close you can hear the waves. It has beautiful palm tress and coconut, which the gardeners keep impeccable , the grounds and the surroundings are all “paradise”, much better than any hotel room ever would have been. All in all a great time was had and we will be booking Playa Royale whenever we can come back.
