Summary: This was our second trip to this neighbourhood and the location of the guest house was great for both the beach and the local restaurant. The kids really enjoyed the pool. House layout worked for us as we had someone old enough to stay in the separate downstairs area on their own. Views of Balaton and the surrounding area from the house were amazing.

Summary: Nice house with a lot of space, splendid pool and close to the Balaton. The temperature in the lake is always 30 degrees C and access is possible via a sand beach for 3 EUR per day, beach chair included. Nice restaurants (check Michelin guide on-line) and wine farms.

Summary: Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us! We loved every minute of our stay there. Nice view of Lake Balaton and surrounding hills. We enjoyed the heated pool even though the weather wasn't really summery.. the lake was too cold to swim in it. The house is well equipped and supplied. It is nicely maintained and very clean. Thank you also for being flexible for us! We would like to use it again in the future.

Summary: Very nice and comfortable villa. It is ideal for big families as well. Huge living room, well equipped kitchens in both levels. The 3 separate bathrooms are perfect in such a big house. In hottest days we used all fans as well as the mobile air-con equipment in the biggest bedroom. In the garden behind the house we played badminton, meanwhile the children enjoyed the pool. It is a must to climb the nearest hill (Badacsony) to watch the spectacular view of sunset over the Lake Balaton. The lady (Erzsi) who takes care of everything around the house is very kind and helpful. Dear Michael & Bettina, we had a wonderful vacation, thank you for everything!
