From the lobby, guests are taken to the House's vast areas, decorated with rare South American furniture pieces, contributing to a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. In the pool-facing lounge there is a beautiful dining table that easily seats 12 people, as well as comfortable sofas and a sitting area with fireplace. Next to the living room, the kitchen is very large (and has its own breakfast table), and is fully equipped. Both the living room and the kitchen are open to the private garden. Entertainment is provided by an LCD TV with satellite TV and international channels, free Wi-Fi and a Hi-Fi system.
Outside is a huge private 11mX6m pool and garden furniture for added comfort. There is also a 12 person outdoor dining table, next to a fully equipped oven and barbecue

Summary: The house is on a residential street with single family houses front, back, and on the sides. The picture "accomodation grounds" gives the appearance of being near the water/view, and is not accurate. It is short 5 minute drive (or ambitious walk) to a very nice beach area, which has a restaurant with surprisingly good food, although they are beach prices compared to other restaurants in the area. There is an outdoor grill next to the patio/pool area, but need to buy charcoal, etc. There is an adult and child's bike, but they needed air for the tires- No big deal, BUT, there is no heat for the house, except individual single wall heaters for each bathroom, so make sure the outside temperature will not be too cold. NEVERTHELESS, the back pool/patio area is lovely and landscaped beautifully, with a good sized pool that kids enjoyed. The kitchen lacked a reasonable coffee maker (bought a french press at good sized supermarket 10 minutes away) but rest of the usual kitchen needs are present, though of the "budget" variety. The rooms were nice, with nice closet space, and bathrooms also nice, with adequate hot water and vanity/sink space. The house (when warm outside) was comfortable to hang out in with 4 adults, an 8 and 6 yr, old, and only a 24 minute easy ride to Sines (which has very good bakeries). Do not try the Alpaca Farm in Grandola without first making a reservation and are willing to drive over a severely rutted dirt road for 20 minutes to get there.

Summary: The house is very comfortable and has everything as detailed in the web. Very nice pool where the kids had lots of fun. Great ubication to move around the Comporta, Grandola, Melides and Sines. For those who like racquet sports, there's a tennis club in Santo André just 10 minutes away. The owner gave us very good tips and the whole check-in and check-out process was seamless.

Summary: Very comfortable and well equipped property. Has plenty of cuttlery, glass wear and cooking utensils which was fabulous for cooking and enjoying our meals outside. Pool and garden very pleasant and overall the villa provides a great base for a holiday. Everything well explained and owner and housekeeper very helpful.

Summary: The house is excellent and exactly as described. It is located in a very calm neighbourhood and less than 5 min by car (and 25 min walking, around 3km) from the fabulous beach of Sto André. The owner is very friendly and very responsive. We really enjoyed our holidays and we will be back for sure! Perfect for beach and nature lovers!

Summary: We've booked the house from this site and, sincerely it exceeded our expectations. It had it all: pool, garden, barbecue, large divisions, etc etc etc Most of all, the village and beaches are just unbelievable. We'll return for sure. 5 stars

Summary: It's not only a house, it's everything we wanted for a family vacation. Very friendly welcoming from Mrs Manuela, who left us some fresh fruits at the table and drinks in the fridge for when we arrive. The house is very sunny, with a big barbeque on the terrace near the pool, where we passed most of the time when we were at home. Rooms were nice and everything was clean and neat. We only regret that we booked only for one week since we were heading to Algarve the week after. Next time we will for sure stay for a couple of weeks. Thank you Manuela.

Summary: The house is well located close to the Santé André beach and his quite big and well decorated. Well, on the decoration it has too many little things everywhere and it is difficult to find a place to put your own thinks. Also the cleaning was not done properly, we had to clean the dust for at least one hour when we arrived... Which is not why I intend to do when I pay a rental. Additionally the owner is not pleasant, she tried to make us pay pretending we drank some red wine of hers...What she did not know is that we do not drink red wine at all. Therefore we do not recommend this house especially if you are on a family vacation.
