Summary: Sehr schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einer sehr großen und bestens ausgestatteten Küche. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad mit Toilette. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit großen Betten. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Vermieter. Insgesamt eine sehr großzügiges und wunderschönes Ferienhaus für bis zu neun Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Summary: Tolles Haus in mitten von Weinbergen so wie man sich Italien vorstellt, abseits von Lärm und trouble. Das Haus selber hat einen wunderschönen Pool, ideal für Kinder. Es hat eine professionelle Küche da es eigentlich mal ein Restaurant werden sollte, hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Durch die Eigentümer gibt es eine direkte Weinversorgung, da diese ein Weingut Fiorini besitzen und den Wein im Ort Barchi vertreiben. Strände gibt es in Fano (Steinstrand) sowie in Senigallia ( Sandstrand), beides ca. 30-40 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub!!

Summary: Hoewel we tijdens de Covid uitbaak wat moeilijkheden hebben ervaren met Belvilla (onvriendelijk, slecht bereikbaar, geen geld terug) zijn we deze keer stukken beter geholpen. Zowel informatie via de chat (alleen engelse ondersteuning) als over het huisje waren in orde. Over Villa Fiorini, super mooi huis gelegen in de rustige bergen van Marche, Italië. We hadden het huis geboekt om te kunnen genieten in onze eigen Corona bubbel en zaten daarom in deze onbekende streek. Hierdoor was het in de omgeving nog rustiger dan in bijvoorbeeld Toscane. Het huis ligt tussen de wijngaarden en olijfbomen aan een rustige weg. Er zijn 4 kamers met 2-pers bedden en een kleine (kinder) kamer. Met opklapbedden kan je met 10 man in het huis verblijven. In de zomerperiode maak je eigenlijk alleen gebruik van de ruimte rondom het zwembad en onder de overkapping van het bijgebouw. Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, en mocht je graag willen kan je in de prof. keuken helemaal los gaan. Fiorini is onderdeel van een wijnhuis welke in het dorp te vinden is. De contactpersonen zijn super vriendelijk en spreken goed Engels, aanrader om een hier een wijnproeverij te doen.

Summary: De bevestiging van de boeking heb ik nooit ontvangen, totdat ik hierover net voor vertrek uitvoerig met de helpdesk van Belvilla heb gebeld. Na enig zoekwerk - waarvoor dank - de boeking teruggevonden in het systeem en koers gezet naar het mooie vakantiehuis in Barchi. Echter, de sleuteloverdracht van de huiseigenaar kon niet plaatsvinden want die was niet ter plekke. Ook hier bleek de boeking niet goed te zijn doorgekomen waardoor we de eerste nacht in een hotel moesten overnachten. Iets dat we met het oog op Corona nou juist niet van plan waren. Ook waren we daardoor verplicht uit eten te gaan. De huiseigenaar had het hotel snel geregeld en de dag erop konden we in het (schoongemaakte) huis, maar dit is niet wat je hoopt aan te treffen bij een vakantiewoning.
