Summary: Vista Vela 4101 was the perfect villa for our family vacation. The interior was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. All three bedrooms had their own on suite. The outside space was a lot bigger than expected and where we spent most of our time. The pool and views are amazing! Jorge and Hazel from Cabovillas were both so nice, helpful and made the entire process very easy. There is a lot of construction around the property but it didn’t bother us, noise level was moderate and in the evening very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Apartment is terrific. Loved the pool and spa. Bedrooms were a good size, all with ensuites and TVs with Netflix etc. Kitchen very functional. Luis was lovely and responsive to requests and a small issue we had. There is a lot of construction around the property. Didn’t bother us but this might not be the best place if you’re looking for quiet surrounds. Overall, highly recommend this property.

Summary: Everything was fantastic except one of the gate guards hassled us when my daughter who was on the list arrived. The HOA rules are ridiculous. We come to Cabo often and have many friends who live here and we like to entertain. But not here. It’s too strict and a hassle getting in guests. So we probably would not rent here again.

Summary: Beautiful property very well decorated pictures describe the property accurately. The only issue we had was our transportation back to the airport. Our concierge quoted us $40 when we were dropped off we were charge $95.00 the gentleman would not give our luggage to us until we paid him. Luckily, we had enough cash, as typically, we do not carry cash other than that the state was great

Summary: Just as described. We loved the private patio for swimming, spa, cooking! We played pickleball every night and the kitchen was well-stocked!

Summary: Absolutely amazing place. From the first moment we booked to after we left, we had the most amazing and celebrated stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone celebrating or just having beautiful accommodations. Six stars if I could!!!!

Summary: The condo was very nice, spacious and beautifully appointed. Our concierge, Luis, was so helpful during our entire stay. He was able to book us transportation, reservations at restaurants and answer any questions we had. I did mention to the staff that there were no baking pans, dishes etc. although there were plenty of skillets and pots. The outdoor space was so really nice so we grilled a couple of nights. The views of Los Arcos were incredible every night. You do need to take a taxi or Uber to most places including the beach. You can walk to a few restaurants and Costco is a few hundred feet away. The pools on the property are very nice and we were able to play pickle all every day. We had a wonderful week.
