Positive: The owner knows tourism. The house is under cultural heritage protection, but highly modernized. Everything was very clean.

Negative: The house is very acoustic, so you have to walk and talk quietly in order to not disturb the other guests.

Positive: Communication with the owner was very effective, and she is very pleasant. The accommodation is about 10 minutes from the tram, which takes you downtown in another 10 minutes. The room is very comfortable and includes a kitchenette. A plus is the private parking.
