Villa Vicente is a modern 250 m2 designer villa on an 800 m2 plot and enjoying a sunny hilltop position in Canyelles. The villa offers spectacular views of the surrounding hills and countryside from every room in the house.
The entrance level includes an American style kitchen, guest toilet, a large open-plan and air-conditioned living room featuring comfortable sofas, seats, Samsung Smart TV and a spacious dining area offering seating for 8 people. From the living room, big glass triple doors allow you to enter the pool and garden area. The back of the villa opens out to a large terrace with chill-out area.
Stairs from the entrance level lead up to the first floor where all 4 bedrooms are located. The first bedroom on the right is a large master bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the pool area and garden. Further down the corridor are the remaining 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. All the bedrooms are bright, modern and equipped with air-conditioning. Villa Vicente can hold up to 9 adults in 4 bedrooms.
The villa is arranged over 2 levels with beautiful wooden floors throughout and is entered through the drive way and up a flight of stairs to either the main entrance or around the side of the villa to the garden and pool area. The spacious garden is ideal to enjoy the beautiful weather and the 8m x 4m private swimming pool will delight both kids and adults. There is plenty of covered space for seeking shade on hot summer afternoons.

Summary: Villa Vincente was perfect. Plenty of space, clean and everything you need for adults and children. We had an amazing time and Vincent was a great host - always quick to help and ensure we had everything we need. Only regret is we didn't have more time but we will be back.

Summary: Vincent’s Villa was a perfect find. Up in the hills so a drive away from Sitges or Barcelona but a real gem. Very peaceful and beautifully designed. We would definitely come back. Vincent was a great host. Very accommodating, great communication and very nice!
