Positive: We used this accommodation as a base for our trips to Venice and around the Veneto region and were very satisfied. It is located in a quiet part of a small town. The room for 3 people was clean, cozy and spacious enough. The bathroom was not directly connected to the room, but it was reserved only for us, so this was not a problem at all. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was quick and smooth. Luigi is very kind, friendly, communicative and extremely helpful – it’s clear that he truly cares about his guests’ comfort. Breakfast included in the price is a very nice bonus. In the nearby town centre there are several options for dinner, or you can have an excellent pizza delivered. Overall, we definitely recommend this accommodation – it met all our expectations.

Positive: Great deal accommodation with home approach, room suitable to the price. Very friendly owner - Luigi. Italian style breakfast, less choice, but enough, and satisfying. We even could wash children clothing in owners washing machine. By default it was available fridge, or microwave. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you
Negative: a bit uncomfortable bed My wife complained of mosquitos :-)

Positive: From the very first moment, our stay at Villa Venezia was amazing. Luigi is a very welcoming and kind host, always ready to help with anything we needed. He provided us with all the information and options on how to visit Venice and nearby beaches, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, with very comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The daily breakfast was a lovely bonus and really added to the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Villa Venezia to anyone visiting the area! Thank you Luigi!
