Positive: The place was exactly as advertised. It was super clean, quiet, and comfortable. Only a few mins by train to Venice. Our host, Deborah, was wonderful. She took the time to share with us all kinds of information about Venise and the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Positive: It was great! The owner was very friendly and gave us helpful information how to get to Venezia and what restaurants/bars/supermarkets are in the area. The room was large and very clean. The terrace was nice. Also parking was possible inside the property.

Positive: Quiet place in an ideal location. We had a bedroom with private bathroom and access to the garden. Kitchen very well equipped. The owner Deborah is a wonderful person, very nice and friendly. She explained to us how best to get to Venice, how and where to buy tickets and what is best to visit.

Positive: The room was nice and clean, and we liked the outside terrace.

Negative: We definitely disliked the cameras and motion sensors in the room, and the fact that the owner is a "control freak". We stayed there 3 days, but she had to control the room each day, just to stop the heating system, or change the place of our towels in the bathroom (NOT changing them, just the way they were folded or hanged!??), or opening/closing the windows... I didn´t feel I had any intimacy in that house. And we were just one couple, no kids, so no noise, nor mess, as we were gone the entire day. And another negative aspect, the bed was not quite comfortable, we came with back pains.

Summary: Nice room (besides sensors and cameras), location not quite at hand (car mandatory)
