Positive: A piece of heaven on earth Our vacation at Villa Vardia in Sinarades was simply fantastic. Our host Anna gave us a very warm welcome. From the first moment we were overwhelmed by the unique location of the villa, on a hill with a fantastic view of the pretty bay of Agios Gordios and the endless view of the sea with enchanting sunsets. The villa is spacious, stylishly furnished, very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area is a place to linger and enjoy. The heated, very well-kept pool is also a highlight, 100% privacy and relaxation. The location is also a good starting point for excursions in all directions of the beautiful island of Corfu. However, a rental car is definitely a must. Our host Anna was very helpful, always available and regularly enquired about our well-being and gave us lots of useful tips for excursions, good tavernas and restaurants. We can highly recommend Steven's on the Hill in Agios Gordios. It's well worth a visit! We would love to come back again. Christine and Jolanda

Positive: Beautiful villa, even better than the photos! Has everything to make your stay the most enjoyable one. Lovely location with great privacy! Exceptional views! 5-10-15 minutes ride to the most wonderful beaches and amazing places of interest. It was a unique choice for the family holiday ! Fully equipped domestic equipment, beautiful and comfortable rooms, a balcony, a terrace, wonderful outdoor space have provided a unique experience!! The pool was great too! Very welcoming host! Mrs Anna was always willing to help us with anything we needed!! Thank you very much!!! We will definitely come again! Highly recommended!

Positive: Everything. The breathtaking views, the fact that we were the only house on the hill. The house was beautiful and well equipped with plenty of parking space.

Negative: One very minor thing was that the car didn’t have a sheltered parking place so it got very hot inside but that’s it!

Summary: This was as close to paradise as you can get!

The lovely host Anna was most helpful with good communication throughout. The Villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Would recommend 😊

Positive: A beautiful week spent at Villa Vardia. Anna is a wonderful host, with lots of great tips and information whenever you need. The villa is spacious, well equipped and clean. My mum and dad slept downstairs with an adjoining bathroom, and we slept upstairs with the children - both bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The view is stunning and the pool beautiful, and a great size to keep the 9 and 11 year old entertained for hours! The sunsets are wonderful to watch. You definitely need a car to explore the area - we loved visiting local Sinarades town, Pelekas, Yaliskari beach and Taverna, and Glyfada beach and Akti Taverna. Anna organised a fabulous boat trip to the caves and paradise cove, and Aqualand is only 15 minutes away, a great fun day out. Restaurant Monastre at Paleokastritsa is a good recommendation to watch the sun set. Corfu Old Town is only 20 minutes drive. A wonderful week in a beautiful villa - you won't beat that view! Positive: Villa Vardia offers families and individuals alike a piece of paradise and for us, the 7 night stay has left us already looking forward to our next stay there. We were met by our amazing friendly host Anna who`s wealth of local knowledge and recommendations turned our holiday into something really special. The Villa itself is spotless, well kept and whilst traditional on the outside, the inside has a modern contemporary feel to it and is fitted out with all the amenities for self catering if that is what you choose to do. We barbequed a few times and I will miss relaxing at the end of a hot day with an ice cold beer, grilling and gazing over the stunning ocean views the Villa has to offer. The fantastic location, makes Villa Vardia the perfect base from which to explore as much as the island as you like and is only a short drive to Agios Gordios with it`s numerous bars, restaurants and beach. You can see Agios Gordios at night and the lights twinkling in the distance when the sun goes down make another stunning view from the Villa. If we could make one recommendation of where to eat in Agios Gordios it has to be "Stevens On The Hill" the presentation and quality of the food was incredible and George was a fantastic host who made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Villa Vardia`s pool is a decent size, we all enjoyed it and it was rare to find our children not in it in between us going out to explore the numerous beaches.

Negative: There was nothing about Villa Vardia that we didn`t like and when I asked my daughter to sum up our holiday experience her response was simply and accurately "Greatest holiday Ever!" Thank you once again to Anna our host in helping us create some fantastic memories.

Summary: Our stay at Villa Vardia has been the best holiday we have ever had.
