Summary: This property is ideally located and can boast marvelous views and a very nice pool, but also includes some areas for improvement. Principally, IT HAS NO WI-FI ACCESS which nowadays places it in its own category. THIS FACT SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED TO FUTURE CLIENTS. Since there is cable TV and neighboring houses have internet, this is something that needs to be addressed. The furnishings are sparse and lighting in bedrooms is weak; instructions for the TV and for coffee machine would help (does it actually work?); waste baskets non-existent in bathrooms and garbage management could be made easier. On the plus side, the beds are good and the pool is very nice although the weekly cleaning visits require entry into the house. Small touches would be nice, such as beach towels. Basically you are getting a glorious view and an excellent location. With some small investments this could be a highly rated property. All said, we enjoyed our stay and felt that Wonderful Italy tried to make it a good one.
