Positive: The house is beautiful, very modern, absolutely spotless, private garden and parking, private terrace featuring a small jacuzzi (we did not use, but it was cleaned and ready), 2 bathrooms, 2 sleeping rooms, small kitchen with everything you might need (dishwasher included). Location-wise: In 6 minutes drive you are in San Vito lo Capo, in a 3 Minutes ride you access other natural reserves, in Castelluzzo is a small mini market with all daily goods, in San Vito is a Cunad that has everything you might need. As the garden is hidden between a gap of two houses, you have complete privacy.

Negative: As the sleeping rooms face the roadside, it could be noisy at night, when the people riding their loud motorbikes pass by. As we always have "loop earplugs" with us, it was no issue at all.; The kitchen could use an extractor hood, the small window up could be not enough if you cook meat and stuff. For us, preparing Spaghetti and Pizza all the time, it was no problem at all.

Positive: We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything looks absolutely impeccable – spotless, modern, and practically brand new. We were among the very first guests to stay here, and at first we were a bit hesitant because no one had left reviews before us. But we are so glad we booked it, because the experience was perfect from start to finish. The villa is fully equipped with all the utilities you could possibly need, making it feel just like home but even more comfortable. The host Patrizia was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended – we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place!
