Positive: Wonderful villa in calm place, close to Tivat. We spent there memorable time. Everything was perfect, the kitchen fully equipped, nice comfortable bedrooms. The house was super clean. We loved the swimming pool! Our host Dejan welcomed us very warmly, showed everytning and recommended some local places to eat.

Summary: Highly recommended. The best place to rest near Tivat!

Positive: Villa was lovely and well equipped for all our cooking needs, location was up hill we did walk to the village a couple of times to eat out lovely pizza. the pool was lovely and enough shade and loungers, host answered all our questions promptly and even brought us cakes. The fridge had soft drinks along with a beer each and a bottle of local wine which was a lovely touch

Negative: Nothing everything was perfect for what we needed travelled with another couple and it was just to relax. You would need a car as villa is isolated

Positive: Literally everything. Its a great place, Dejan, our host was amazing. He couldn't do enough for is and this made our trip so memorable. He made great recommendations for a local restaurant, had cold drinks waiting in the fridge for our arrival, had beach towels for us - gave us a great tour of the villa. He's truly thought of everything. The pool is fantastic!

Negative: This isnt something we didnt like - but just a heads up for fellow travellers - you need a car and a confident driver to stay here - its wonderfully remote and quiet - but without a car - everything is a hot walk away@

Positive: First of all i would like to thank Dejan for his warm hospitality. Villa Toscana is an amazing getaway in the middle of a beautiful Lustica landscape. House is a real gem, comfortable and very pleasant 3 bedroom villa build on foundation of traditional Mediterranean house. Interior is full of traditional stylish details combined with modern technology (well equipped kitchen, lavatory room, spacious bathrooms, big TV screens, new and powerful AC). Overall very comfortable, spacious and homey. On the exterior side villa scores even more points. House is located in a very secluded, green and quiet area. It has front and back garden with two terraces, out of which one extends from the living area. Swimming pool gave so much fun to all of us. Perfect size! Decking areas is spacious for a u full sunbathing day for 6 people. In one words amazing holiday for group / family between 4 and 6 people. Beaches of Lustica Bay are not far (approx 10 min) but we spent most of our 5 days chilling our around the pool and watching Olympics. I would recommend going to the beach only for a short swim. Grocery store, bakery, newspaper and tabaco, ATM and 2-3 restaurants are all easy to access (5 min by car or 10 by walk) in the nearby village. Dejan i am truly looking forward to visit your great house very soon! Milos

It was a nice place to stay, we felt very comfortable! Thanks also for your advice in choosing very good restaurants, organizing a romantic boattrip, and other things. Thanks for your warm welcome, your energy, your laugh and optimism, it made us feel at home. Thanks a lot for making a “5-star”holiday from our holiday!!!! We will never forget!!!!!
