Positive: The host, Teodora, responded quickly. I think she's still new in the business and is still learning. But when you need something like a trash bin, a dishwashing sponge, or similar, she will deliver it very quickly. The room has a nice balcony. The sheets and towels are changed every 2-3 days.

Negative: The water heater is on the roof - it's solar. So there's no warm water when it's cloudy. Doors are old and noisy. Need to be lubricated or replaced. Has only basic kitchenware.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The hosts Theodora were very welcoming and attentive, making sure we had an excellent time throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel at home and added a personal touch to our vacation. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Villa Theodora to anyone visiting Olympic Beach. We look forward to coming back again! 🌊✨

Positive: Our stay at Villa Theodora in Olympiaki Akti was more than wonderful! The place is clean, well-maintained and very cozy. The hostess is extremely kind, responsive and caring – she did everything she could to make us feel at home. We really liked both the villa itself and the entire resort village – peaceful atmosphere, beautiful beach and everything we needed nearby. We would definitely come back again! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your hospitality!

Positive: I really liked the fact that everything was clean. The bed linens were fresh and smelled very nice. The terrace was very spacious, as was the room. In the pictures, the rooms seemed much smaller, so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and saw how much space there actually was. The staff was also extremely kind and friendly. Theodora truly impressed us with her warmth and gentleness. She was always smiling, and every time we saw her, she asked if everything was okay.

Negative: I have nothing to complain about.

Summary: We loved everything and will definitely come back!
