Summary: Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern mit einem leckeren Obstkorb und Leckerlis für unseren Hund empfangen. Im Kühlschrank erwarteten uns kühle Getränke von Wein, Saft, Wasser bis Bier war alles da - sogar Eiswürfel im Gefrierschrank - mega! Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Mega bequeme KingSizeBetten, Klimaanlage, moderne Bäder mit großen Duschen, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein schöner Garten mit Pool. Die Outdoorküche ist ein weiteres Highlight - Pizza backen oder grillen im Gasgrill - einfach toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Traumhaus absolut weiterempfehlen!! Die Insel hat über 80 Strände. Da ist vom Hundestrand, Sandstrand, Betonstrand bis feiner und grober Kieselstrand alles dabei. Auch das hauseigene SUP war spitze.

Summary: My boyfriend and I had an incredible week on Krk with Villa Tana as our base. We felt comfortable, secluded, safe and very well looked after by Tatjana, Junas and Nusa. We both swam in the clean and clear pool every day, had a pizza evening experimenting with the wood fired oven and took the paddleboard down to Soline Bay for our first (pretty shaky) attempt at SUPing. The welcome fruit and champagne made for a perfect first night and breakfasts every morning outside on the patio. The house was frankly too big for us but affordable for two in the mid-season. We'd love to return with friends though. The rooms are bright, fresh and comfortable and the bathrooms are huge and luxuriously finished. The air con was useful on occasion and probably essential in the summer. The pool was so inviting and even came with a robot to help clean the bottom. I loved the outside shower next to the palm tree - felt like I was in the tropics. If you hire a car the location is great for exploring the island. The airport is 20 minutes away and no town (Krk, Malinska, Vrbnik etc) on the island is further than 10. There are also bikes if you want to cycle to Soline Bay and a walk via a stunning viewpoint and through a forest directly down the hill which takes 30 minutes and avoids the roads which are quiet but windy and locals take them at speed. The house is so well equipped. We found everything we needed for anything we could think to cook - or drink! Having a dishwasher and washing machine really came in handy too. I'd recommend highly for a romantic couples getaway but I'm sure this would be an ideal house for entertaining, socialising and relaxing with 4 or 6 people too.
