Summary: Lovely stay in March!

Summary: We have rented for a week the property and we enjoyed view, garden and location. The price was rather fair. However the kitchen was dirt and it all felt a bit dusty. As we got married the night before, we have asked for a late check out and we have instead been asked to leave at 10.00am. Such request arrived two days before check out day despite we had previously agreed checking out at 11.45. The reason was that cleaning ladies had to polish the place for the next guest arriving at 11.00. Obviously the cleaning ladies cannot do a thorough cleaning in 1hr so most likely the other guests will also have a half clean place.

Summary: The house and it's location was one of the best in the area. Beautiful sea-views from the three available garden terraces and from inside the house, plenty of space to sunbathe and outdoor dining for the whole family. Owner is very discreet and speaks good english which is rare in Italy. The kitchen is rather small but it has all the necessary things for you to cook a decent meal. There is only one bathroom for the apartment but we managed nicely (4 adults + 2 small children) There is free parking on the street below and most of the time you can find free spots. (more difficult during weekend evenings as people are coming from all over to a nearby restaurant Due Querce, which has a magnificent view of Rapallo+St.Margherita+Portofino All in all, we've stayed here for a month and it was great. I would come again! Thank you!

Summary: We had a good stay in Pietro's house! The place is nice, clean, calm and well located (but, as expected in this type of house, you always need a car!). Our only regret is that december was not the best time period to enjoy the nice garden :-)

Summary: The house is the third floor of a beautiful house, it is pretty private with its own entrance. The gardens are very well kept but what was amazing was the view. You can see Portfofino the bay as well as all the ships coming in. The house is right below the town church and which creates a great experience, there is a couple of restaurants close to it. The one by the church is only 5 minutes away walking and it was great. Getting everywhere was easy, the beaches closed were very nice, the food was great. The house was quaint and the rooms were nice, the kitchen was small and needs update as well as the bathroom but overall our stay was great. Highly recommended.

Summary: House is very charming, with gorgeous views. Spacious and confortable. Great terraces. Well located for trips to Portofina and the Cinque Terre. There is a very good restaurant near the house with great views of the sea. Pietro was very welcoming and gave us great tips for food and things to visit in the area. We recommend it and would go back.
