Villa Sunset is the largest holiday villa with the largest private pool in the area.
It is a three-storey 250sqm villa divided into two luxurious sections. The main house has on the ground floor two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a very large cozy living room, with sleeps for two children up to 16 years old. A fully equipped open kitchen. The spacious living room has direct access to a large covered terrace with panoramic views over the Gulf of Messinia and from here you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The master bedroom with a large king-size double bed is located in the tower of the villa and has its own en-suite bathroom with bath and private terrace with spectacular views.
The second section, which is one level lower, acts as an independent guest apartment. It consists of two bedrooms (the master bedroom and a smaller one with two single beds), a living room with pull-out couch for two more people. A dining area and open plan kitchen and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

In the basement of the villa is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, which are available to our guests.

Summary: We had a beautiful stay at the villa. The owners are so welcoming, the house was perfect for our needs, and the pool is the best I’ve experienced in a villa in terms of size and depth and kept us all well entertained. Summary: We really enjoyed our holiday at this villa. The villa itself was very spacious with a large and well maintained pool by Eirini and Vangelis. My partner hired a bike and undertook many mountain rides whilst the rest of us lazed by the pool and swam. We visited a lovely beach called Foneos near Kardimilli. Kardimilli itself is also worth a visit and we went to a nice fish restaurant there. We also went to a lovely mountain taverna in Pigi. A car is essential as it’s too far to walk from the villa to the local town Stoupa. I would love to visit this villa again. Bridget Smith.

Summary: The reality of the villa exceeded the photos of the villa online. Eirini and Vangelis made us very welcome and take obvious pride in their property. They maintain the house and pool area regularly but discreetly. The air con in the main living area and master bedroom were very welcome. We would like to see air con in all bedrooms as on some nights, it proved a little too warm in these rooms - don't let this detract from what is a well-appointed and well-situated holiday villa. We will definitely return.

Summary: Eirini took very good care of us during the whole week that we stayed there. The house is located in a small, peaceful village but everything is close: several beaches, supermarkets and cosy local restaurants in the villages nearby. There was excellent information of everything we could have wanted to ask, at the house, and Eirini was very helpful whenever we needed to ask something. The house is big, in good condition and decorated with good taste, with absolutely wonderful views over the ocean. Even during a heat wave it was comfortably cool inside. I warmly recommend this house.
