Villa located in a very quiet residential area surrounded by greenery and the famous Prosecco vineyards and red wines of the Veneto countryside. Very close to Venice (50 minutes by car) and seaside tourist centers such as Jesolo and Caorle (40 minutes by car), Outlet Noventa di Piave for fashion shopping (20 minutes by car), Treviso (35 minutes by car), Pordenone ( 30 minutes by car), Aviano (30 minutes by car), Lake Santa Croce for sports activities in the lake and Barcis lake (both 30/40 minutes by car). From the splendid Dolomites it is about 90 minutes by car to reach Cortina. Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, always the heart and home of Prosecco and recently declared a UNESCO HERITAGE, are only 30/40 minutes away by car. The house is finished with high quality materials and equipped with all comforts. Underfloor heating, air conditioning, gas and induction for cooking, 55 inch television, mega adsl with wifi, washing machine, American fridge, additional external freezer plus complete accessories for cooking and eating. Outside the house there are 350 square meters of fenced garden with hedge and a 35 square meter swimming pool as shown in the photos. The villa consists of an open space with kitchen, living room and glass teka cellar with temperature control. An 8 sqm bathroom and a 16 sqm dining room which seats 12 and has access to the front garden.
On the middle floor there is a wooden loft used as a relaxation room consisting of a sofa bed, a bookcase and air conditioning with a view of the dining room below.
On the first floor master bedroom of 16 sqm with double bed and wardrobes, second bedroom of 20 sqm with double and single bed and wardrobes which leads to the terrace with panoramic view of the neighboring vineyards.
Third bedroom with one and a half square and wardrobe which also gives access to the aforementioned terrace.
Also on the first floor another spacious bathroom of 9 square meters and a small storage room.
Visible laminated wood beams and air conditioning system present in all floors including the mezzanine.
The house is equipped with all the comforts and ancillary services with high luxury finishes.
The price includes utilities (gas and water), drinking water for drinking and all internal services (listed in the property specifications).
The cleaning service at the end of the stay is excluded and will be counted during the quote and booking phase.

Summary: We had a great stay in Davides house, which is both beautiful and with all the commodities you need for a hot summer in Italy, i.e. aircondition, fast internet, a lovely pool and garden and a more than fully eqipped kitchen. Can warmly recommend the house and the quiet area, where you live locally. A car is needed to get around from the area. The host (Davide) informs very well about the practicals of the usage of the house. Warmly recommendable.

Summary: We visited last week the house in Mansué during very hot days. Although we didn't see the owner, we had all necessary information. The house was very clean, is very beautiful and well equipped (among them a very necessary airco). We enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. The property is certainly well worth the money and deserves more than 5/5. We visited Treviso, Venezia, Valdobiademe (Prosecco), Conegliano, Portogruaro and Caorle, all worth a visit. Maybe due to the heat, but they were a lot of mosquitos outside.

Summary: This is a lovely villa with very modern features and plenty of space. The villa owner, Davide, was extremely helpful providing all the information we needed for the villa and local sights to visit. There are excellent cooking facilities and dining areas inside and outside. The coffee machine is particularly impressive! The pool is great for games, and the garden is ideal to enjoy the sun. The villa is on the edge of a small, quiet village and the area includes several other nice villages to visit. I would recommend visiting Le Baite vineyard, a short walk from the Villa. Nearby Oderzo is a lovely town with a selection of shops and restaurants.

Summary: Our stay was very pleasant! Davide and his wife were absolutely friendly and very welcoming. He answered quickly and very helpful to our questions. The house is big and clean, the pool is great. The only inconvenience were Mosiqutos, there were quite a lot of them everywhere outside. Basalghelle is a quiet environment with many Prosecco fields. Venice, Verona and Jesolo are all easily reachable by car.

Summary: Beautiful house with a pool, in a quiet Veneto-village. Ideal for trips in the Veneto area to Venice, Treviso, Padua, Caorle, Jesolo. You feel very welcome! The friendly owners David and Elena make you feel at home and provide visitors with everyday luxury. Delicious coffee in the morning at the kitchen island, ice cubes in an ice tea or a glass of wine in the afternoon, a gigant tv and excellent WiFi in the evening and an enlightened pool at night. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone.
