Positive: A beautiful apartment with a lovely garden located in a pleasant suburb of Nice, with nearby shops and close to tourist attractions such as the Matisse Museum and Archaeological museum. Having a parking space was very handy. It is an easy drive from the apartment to visit neighbouring towns with Cannes, Monaco, Menton and others just a short distance (30mins to 1hr). The apartment has everything you need for a great stay and our host was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this apartment as a perfect place to stay in Nice.

Positive: Absolutely wonderful apartment with heart and soul. There is everything you need: two rooms, fully equipped kitchen and a nice big garden.

Negative: Just a tip for other tourists: - it's quite far from the beach- 30 min. from door to the next beach; - there's a caution for the appartement but it's worth it.

Positive: Cosy apartment with everything needed. Very helpful owner Monique and lady looking after the property Patricia. She was able to help with parking the bike in a safe place. Very nice garden, quiet location, good supermarkets near by and tram is about 10min walk. We were greeted with a welcome card and bottle of wine which was very nice touch from the owner. Enjoyed our time here. Thank you.

Positive: We loved the location- it was perfect with our dog. We had a nice yard area to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee and evenings. It was about a 40 minute walk to Old Nice which was perfect for us as we enjoy strolling through town. There was plenty of kitchen appliances and the beds were comfortable. Parking was available as well which made the stay easier to navigate.

Negative: The check in process went very smooth with our host. We were driving a long way from Germany to arrive to the location and our host was flexible. However, you have to be organized in order to meet at the exact time to transfer keys.

Positive: The location is excellent, in the periphery of the town ctr, close to shops and restaurants, with perfect connection to public transport. Its near Parc Valrose, where the university is located. Its a 20 min walk to la promenade des Anglais. The garden is wonderful and quiet.
