Summary: We only stayed for one night just before catching our flight, but we received such a warm welcome from Shiraj and his team, who took great care of us throughout our stay. The villa is clean, with a lovely pool perfect for relaxing and is located just 20 minutes from the airport. The property is very well maintained. Thank you!

Summary: The perfect landing spot in Negombo, close to the airport to rest after a long journey. The family room was super spacious and comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the owner and staff super welcoming and accommodating, including booking us into a memorable lagoon tour that evening. The only piece of feedback is to more clearly indicate the Villa Name at airport pickup, as we had some slight challenges in finding our driver and had not yet sorted out our phone connections. But ultimately we found each other and arrived safely at the property.

Summary: Spacious en clean villa's. Very friendly staff. It really feels like you are visiting family. Great food (nice breakfast en delicious dinner!). Nice swimming pool. Good place to start or end your trip in Sri Lanka.

Summary: Great find. A little out of the way so you are a little reliant on them in terms of food… however the food is wonderful and so that was a plus. Great team, good value and good values in terms of how the owners treat their employees

Summary: Stayed at this great place with my wife and two daughters. Villa Shade has excellent service and is in an amazing calm area close to Negombo city. Walk, run or borrow bicycles to get to town or Negombo beach. Or simply stay in the clean pool within the premises, play basket or badminton.

Summary: Lovely well kept grounds and spacious clean villas. Nice pool and other activities basketball badminton. Owner kindly let me have a late checkout as my flight wasn't till 8pm. Not much in immediate area but tuktuks can be arranged and selection of restaurants deliver to property. Highly recommend for a night at start or end of trip.

Summary: Great place to get your bearings in Sri Lanka. The owner was very helpful in everything: sights, arranging dinner and taxis. Personnel was very helpful and breakfast was great.
