Positive: The property is very nice, the villa has been renovated recently and is in excellent condition. There is also a balcony in the common area where you can relax and read a book as my girlfriend did. The rooms have everything you need, very clean and with perfectly working AC. The location is great as it is close enough to the archeological sites that it is possible to visit them with bicycles, and the structure provides you with the bicycles at a very reasonable price. On top of all this what made our stay special was the people, both the manager and the owner were super nice, we enjoyed talking with them about our trip in SriLanka!

Negative: Absolutely nothing!

Summary: Hands down the best stay we had in Sri Lanka!

Positive: Only few minutes on foot from main road but quiet. Manager Mr.Chandna is very kind and eager to help. He is a man of hospitality. Whatever you ask, he will try to satisfy you.

Negative: The road, front of Villa Senowin was rough and has very few street lights. Be careful after dark.

Positive: Happy with the location, the room, the AC, the size of the room, and especially the kindness of our host with the nice teas. He arranged us a tuk-tuk daily trip in the Sacred Ruins, which was very welcome at the time. Very laidback and chill experience, I would come back!

Positive: Great location behind the main street but quiet (except when a occasional train goes by). Looks nicely renovated and the staff were really lovely and helpful. Room was simple but clean, stairs into the bathroom are a bit steep. Aircon worked well.

Negative: There were some renovations going on downstairs. A water dispenser would have been a nice touch.
