Positive: We got to stay in a villa with two lounges, a kitchen, and a dining room. The facilities were modern, comfortable and clean and we absolutely loved the villa. It had everything you needed. It's a fairly new place. There is a swimming pool and a restaurant. We got an amazing breakfast every morning and we got to order food in the evening too. The owners are the kindest and most amazing people. We got on with them very well and they were super accommodating. They even made food for our 8 month old baby, and we are so grateful for this. If we are ever back to Anuradhapura we will come back and stay here. We will never forget this stay and their hospitality. If you are thinking of coming to Anuradhapura, this is the place to stay.

Summary: Exceptional stay, come stay here, don't think twice.

Positive: We booked a double room, but we were upgraded to a double room within a suite, so we had access to a kitchen, dining room, TV room, fridge, 20 m from the swimming pool – it was fabulous! Extremely quiet location tucked away down a backstreet. I had an accident and tripped up outside the hotel, (total face plant) and Sulchana the receptionist accompanied me to the local emergency hospital and translated for me whilst I got stitches. The hotel paid the initial bill at the hospital, and it was added to our total bill at the end – this was very helpful and took away an awful lot of stress on the day . Sulchana went way and above to help and support us when our flights were canceled, we used her Personal Mobile to phone Air IndiGo in India and we were on hold for 50 minutes. My clothes were covered in blood so without asking she gave me a clean dress for a couple of days while our laundry was being washed. Everything was quite exceptional and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you Sulchana- I won’t forget your kindness , the hotel is lucky to have somebody like you.

Positive: Our warmest welcome yet in Sri Lanka. We were so comfortable and well looked after. The swimming pool is perfect for relaxation and the breakfast was very generous. It was the ideal base for exploring the rich cultural sites of Anaradaphura. It was very easy to get a ride into the old town.

Negative: A very small improvement would be to have air con throughout the property but it would be a very large space to cool.

Negative: There is water kattle but no cups or coffee, there is kitchen but no dishes (totally empty cabinets), we were only guests but heard lot of noise from neighbours. Too exspensive for these facilities.

Positive: This has to be the best accommodation in town. The property was simply stunning. Exceptionally well run by a beautiful family who are attentive and caring to all your needs. It’s a new facility with spotlessly clean and well presented villas including a great pool to refresh your senses after a day of visiting the sights. Great value for money . Highly recommend.

Positive: It’s a really new & modern hotel, just open for 5 weeks. The rooms are perfectly clean and the bed sleeps really well. My boyfriend is 1,91 meter, but the bed was big enough. Which is’nt always the case in Sri Lanka. The pool is also really big and clean. The family who runs the hotel is super sweet and helpful. We loved staying here, thankyou!
