Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sea Edge. Everything is in reality exactly as on the photos. The house had everything we needed and if there was a minor issue, Branko was always there to fix it. House is surrounded by olive orchard and vineyards. The venue has two great advantages - your own access to the sea and great views over the strait between Korcula and Peljesac. There are sun beds on the cliff where you can spend whole day and you can jump to the sea from the other cliff. Or you can simply go down by the stairs to the sea and enjoy the little bay surrounding the shipwreck. Our dog (cesky fousek) really enjoyed hunting in the puddles left at the cave after low tide. You can find decent restaurants in Orebić with great food. We definitely would love to come back!

Negative: We would love to have Nespresso in the kitchen. Sun beds would deserve replacement. Wifi could be faster. And the shower holder would need some fixing. But these are minor details you don't care about in the end of the day. The views and the sea and the tranquility of the whole place beat everything.

Negative: Not really a problem be aware the private location is a little difficult to find but host assist and solves that issue.

Positive: Probably the BEST panorama to the Adriatic sea and surrounding islands (Korĉula, Mljet). Unbelievably beautiful, quiet and big garden and private beach. No neighbours at all. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I had some health problem, he came with us to the local hospital (0-24), then to the pharmacy. All procedure took only an hour! Thanks again for everything! I hope we can come back soon!

Positive: The location was perfect, absolutely stunning. We had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and cozy. Just Perfect!

Negative: Nothing. Probably the best place we have ever stayed in.

Summary: Our stay was idyllic, gogeous views, turquoise sea, wonderful snorkelling, fabulous weather, just magical.

Positive: The location is excellent, has a wonderful view, very nice garden with a lot of olive trees. Excellent grill place. The beach is very nice, and clean.

Negative: To reach the place by car was not easy. The apartment is advertised with three bedrooms, but it has two separate bedrooms. The living room with a kitchen has a gallery with a double bed. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning and during the day it was not really comfortable. During the night if we left the windows open it was acceptable, but on the gallery, it was still warm. The pictures from the bathroom is not uptodate. To reach the beach it is not easy ... No restaurant nearby ...

Summary: Excellent with some problems. I still recommend it.
