Positive: Villa Sant’Alberto is phenomenal. It exceeded every expectation and was even better than I could have dreamed. I had hoped for a serene, beautiful family-run agriturismo in the countryside with homemade food, and received exactly that. The room is even more comfortable than I imagined - it was large and very clean, the shower water was hot and had good pressure. We slept so well! But what made the stay exceptional was the generous hospitality of the host, Filippo, and his family. They are very earnest, honest, hardworking, and kind people. Their grandparents and the whole family still live on the property and come out to say hi and help out. Filippo and his brother Tommaso went above and beyond. I had forgotten that I had included in my message when booking that we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary. The first day we arrived for dinner, they surprised us with a heart shaped cookie cake, complete with edible flowers and butterflies. We were so shocked and pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and their kindness. The food was excellent - we ate here 2 of the 3 nights we stayed at the property. And ate breakfast on the terrace every morning. The food was so good and plentiful - we barely needed to eat lunch because we ate so much at breakfast! And their homemade olive oil is heavenly - it was so good we bought 2 liters. I could go on and on. We still talk about how we miss our stay here. We will be back! Thank you so much Filippo and family for such a lovely stay!!

The apartments are situated in a most perfect location - close to a small town, but wonderfully quiet and tranquil in beautiful countryside. Filippo is an extremely welcoming host offering any service you require. If you wish to dine in, the home produced food is delicious, but if you wish to be quiet and dine in your own apartment, no0one minds. The whole place is immaculately kept in a homely, traditional style.

Negative: It will be perfect when the new swimming pool is completed.

This family-run agriturismo is nestled among cypress trees and rolling Tuscan hills, offering a serence escape and breathtaking views. From the moment we arrived, Fillipo went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Each morning, he brought breakfast directly to our patio, where we enjoyed a variety of fresh fruit, croissants, yogurt, perfectly scrambled eggs with bacon and Tommaso surprised us with a special homemade treat! Dinners at Villa Sant'Alberto were a highlight of our trip, featuring an incredible variety of homemade dishes and desserts that showed the family's love for authentic Tuscan flavors. Each meal was exceptional, crafted with care and attention. Spending time and getting to know this wonderful family was another highlight of our trip, especially the history of the agriturismo. Their warmth and vibrant personalities always made us feel welcomed- and we really miss them all! We can't forget to mention the yummy homemade limoncello and the introduction to Vin Santo del Chianti, thanks to Marco! We couldn't resist bringing a bottle home to savor and relive the memories. We're already looking foward to our next stay at Villa Sant'Alberto- Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Positive: Fantastic service, apartment as well as food. We stayed 3 nights and couldn't recommend enough! Also a very nice shop with local/homemade products (e.g. homemade limoncello cream)

Positive: We would like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thanks to Filippo and his entire family. Everyone was so extremely warm and lovely. The breakfast was very tasty and they catered to all our wishes, scrambled eggs with bacon of course. Our daughter wanted cocoa the next day. It was just such a wonderful stay, we would love to come back.

Positive: HOSPITALITY "People will forget what you said, people will also forget what you did, but they will never forget what feelings you awakened in them". This opening sentence says enough about our stay in this special farm.. .. These people, with their hospitality, small attentions and their stories about their existence, made us feel that we have known them for a long time .. they pulled us into their past, with stories and pictures.. flipping through their old albums, they let us feel their passion and love for this beautiful farm..they showed us with pride the love they share with each other. A fantastic experience that is not easily forgotten!! P.S. Every meal we ate there simply asked for more and more.. When I asked for a recipe for a given dish I was told that the recipe is simple, that it is his brother's hands that make the dish special!! ❤️

Positive: Everything. Filippo was on call around the clock to fulfill every wish of ours (to an extent that we were worrying about his work life balance). We ordered breakfast and dinner multiple times and it was always amazing. The apartment was 10 out of 10. The views from our terrace and the restaurant were simply breathtaking and this place had everything you could possibly ask for a Tuscan vacation.

Negative: We wish the pool were larger and had a baby area with steps (which they are building this fall!).
