Positive: Property is conveniently located to all major sites in the Argolid: short drive to Nafplio and area beaches, easy to get to Mycenae and Epidauros. The living areas are very spacious. Adequate sleeping for a group. The pool is very pleasant, just beware of the bees. The hosts met our group upon arrival for key transfer.

Negative: The pictures of the property do not accurately reflect its current condition. Parts of the house and pool area are in disrepair and need fixing. For example, the doorknob on the downstairs bathroom is falling off and one of our group almost got stuck in the bathroom. That bathroom has water damage due to a leak in the shower. The diving board is broken and is an injury hazard if someone steps on it. Guests should be aware that there is a bee hive by the deep end of the pool and bees swarm around it all day. We just kept to the shallow end. There are three stray dogs that will lounge at the pool, but if you leave any shoes unattended they will destroy them. We were also only provided one roll of toilet paper for a group of 7, there was not adequate cleaning supplies for the kitchen, and the breakfast was just crackers and fruit. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time what supplies we needed to provide for ourselves. Given the cost, some of these issues surprised us.

Summary: The villa was very convenient and workable for a group weekend trip to the Argolid, but we would not stay here again.

Positive: The fridge was well stocked upon arrival for our breakfast needs. House is incredibly clean with no signs of dirt! Our host greeted us and did a walkthrough, making it extremely easy to get off on the right foot. The outdoor area/pool was a highlight with the hot weather in Nafplio.

Positive: Our host was really helpful and friendly. Everything was waiting for us at the property, full fridge with food and beverages, everything from A/C, dishwasher, TVs etc was working perfectly. We played pool, fired up barbecue grill as well and in the end perfect pool in front managed to cool us during evenings/mornings. Would recommend the villa 💯, as our stay there was nothing more than exceptional 🌴

The vastness of the house offered plentiful spots for relaxation and leisure, while its fully-equipped state ensured we lacked nothing. The cleanliness was impressive, exemplifying the standard of care and attention to detail. To our delight, we discovered the refrigerator stocked full of fruits and breakfast essentials, providing the perfect start to our days. The pool was, perhaps, among the highlights of our stay. Its depth, clarity, and length made for some of the finest swims I've experienced. Communication with the host was seamless, as he promptly attended to all our needs. In summation, our stay was outstanding in every aspect. We are eagerly looking forward to securing this abode for our vacation next year.
