Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this great villa. First of all, Fabrizio was a great host and extremely accommodating. Our flight was very delayed and he was very helpful and kind under these circumstances and did not complain about our very late check in - we were extremely grateful for this. The villa itself is fantastic....it's extremely well situated..you are a short walk to the white sands of beautiful Timi Ama beach that leads onto Porto Guinco...an amazing spot. There are other beaches whicj=h are a short walk from the villa and many beautiful beaches within a short drive of the villa. The villa itself was perfect for our family - it was spacious, clean and well equipped. We were a party of 5 adults and 3 children and we always felt like we lots of space. There are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, You can also walk into the town of Villasimius if you desire - it takes 25 mins (or 5 mins in the car!) We would not hesitate to recommend Fabrizio's villa...we would definately return. Thanks Fabrizio.
