Positive: Anna was a great host and took care of us during the whole stay. She made the holiday very special with her attention to detail. Great location, the pools were ideal for a family. Pity the poolside furniture didn't have sun shades which would have been helpful for shade especially in really hot weather.

Negative: Could do with more than 1 tea cloth for drying dishes.

Positive: 1. Extremely comfortable accommodation. Very clean and well kept 2. Lots of space inside and out meant the family could be together or spread out 3. Beds,sofas, pillows all luxurious and comfortable 4. The property is within a gated community and felt very safe. The gardens and swimming pools were very well kept 5. Location of the villa meant the lake is on both sides and a very short walk away 6. Places to eat and take out close by 7. Sirmione is about a 25 min walk which is very pleasant along the lakeside. Also there is a shuttle bus for 2 euros one way which was fabulous as we didn’t hire a car

Negative: We weren’t keen on the pool area. The advert stated a private pool, which we thought was private to the villa. However this isn’t the case it is shared with 10 other properties, not within the villa garden and was difficult to get around the pool due to other people using the facilities
