Positive: We were met and shown everything needed and where the supermarket was; close by restaurants etc. Liked the outdoor space. Spacious balcony with both sunlight and shade. Liked the garage to get the car off the street. Liked the location.

Positive: Google maps led a a bit astray in finding the property, but once we met up with Scilla all went smoothly. The property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The area in general feels very safe and the community where this property is located in also gated. It had much higher quality finishes and appliances than you see in most rentals and everything has clearly been renovated recently. It also had a nice view over a park and the pool and a very nice balcony on three sides- we definitely want to return in warmer weather! Both the owner and the manager gave us great food recommendations and we also enjoyed a night in playing games at the kitchen table and eating antipasto from local stores. We walked to historic Sirmione and could walk to most restaurants (the good ones are in the opposite directions from the historic center). We were traveling from the United States and stayed at three apartments in different parts of Italy and this was our favorite property hands down! Our group was 2 teenagers, my adult sister, my husband and myself.

Positive: This is a beautiful, well equipped apartment with quality furnishings set in a gated complex with pools. Easy access to the lake and shuttle bus service. Alex is a wonderful host and couldn't have done more to make us comfortable and welcome, he even brought his own car to drive my elderly mother to a bus stop on our departure day.

Negative: My only concern with this apartment is a lack of handrail on the stairs. Many guests will not have an issue with this but people with mobility or balance difficulties should be aware.
