Positive: Great location close to the beach and super helpful and personable staff. The landscaping was also very nice.

Positive: The rooms are set around a beautiful garden. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you need also for self catering. The bedroom was comfy and a decent size and there was a small balcony. The only thing missing was a shower curtain. The staff and owners were wonderful and helped me organise a trip to Curieuse Island as well as providing information about the local area. It’s a short walk to the beautiful beach and Main Street which has a couple of supermarkets and some food trucks. Breakfast was basic but good, with toast fruit and omelette, but freshly prepared.

Positive: -Beautiful garden setting with small, well-kept apartments – very peaceful and charming. -The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. -Nice balcony to relax on, surrounded by greenery. -Fantastic location: right on the beach in the exact area where I’d choose to live – a few takeaways, ATM, supermarket and all essentials within a minute’s walk. -Only a 5-minute walk to the main white-sand beach, which is absolutely stunning. -Strong Wi-Fi, good for browsing and streaming. -Comfortable bed and the aircon worked perfectly. -Really appreciated the extra room with a mirror and storage space, almost like a small walk-in closet before the bathroom – very handy for getting ready.

Negative: The biggest issue was water supply. Most of the time there was no running water at all – no shower, no toilet flush.Water only came back for a short time in the morning (around 8–9 AM) and again in the evening (around 7:30–9 PM), and the pressure was very low. BUT we were told this is an island-wide problem during dry season , not the host’s fault, but it still made the stay difficult
