Positive: By the Egyptian standards the apartment has really exceeded our expectations. It was really lovely to relax in the villa with great views after long journey from Cairo. Everything was there. very friendly host Abdul, very good restaurant at Kasslan Villa just next door. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you!

Negative: I really liked classical duvets in one of the rooms and wished there were the same in the other room instead of a sheet and a blanket (allergic).

Summary: Really nice, clean and well equipped apartment near Luxor. We loved it!

Positive: Our favorite part was our host, Abdu. His kindness and generosity are unmatched. He welcomed us in his home and felt like family. The villa was very spacious and had a beautiful balcony with a view of a banana plantation. He helped us get around and gave awesome tips. We were there in décembre so it was a Little cold and hé brought us a heater right away. A few good restaurants around. Very close to attractions on the West side of the Nile. Would come back anytime.

Negative: We appreciated everything

Positive: Perfect place to stay in Luxor. Large comfortable accommodation with Egyptian decor in quiet but convenient location at excellent price. Wonderful host who arranged transport and tours for us at fair prices. Adjacent to property is a convenient and decent restaurant that will even deliver to the apartment. Washing machine in unit was very helpful.

Negative: Listing says "private pool" but isn't private. It's the hotel pool next door. Still a great amenity, though.

Positive: We loved Villa Quiet place, situated within lush greenery, with a great view. It was very comfortable, very nice apartment. Big, great value for money,- great neighbourhood. It was what we were hoping to find in Luxor. Host was great, very kind, never pushy, always very helpful.

Positive: This is a gem of a place, tucked away in a quiet area with a beautiful outlook from the balcony, spacious apartment with great shower, incredibly friendly and helpful owner, great service and wonderful position for Valley of the Kings/Queens. Barbara and Abdu arrange lifts/ balloon rides (an absolute must!). Just a fantastic place. Great swimming pool with service and food next door too. Highly recommended!

Positive: We loved our stay here. Abdullah is very friendly, helpful and responsive. The place is equipped with everything you might need, we really liked the interior design, the views are beautiful and it is indeed a quiet place on the West bank - closer to all the tombs in the valley of the kings & queens - in a village environment. We really enjoyed this separation from the relative chaos of Luxor and our walks to and from the ferry - also after dark we felt completely safe. Bicycles were available for free and Abdullah was kind enough to facilitate our hot air balloon booking (sadly canceled due to heavy wind) and dropped us off at the train station on our way out. Would definitely come back :)

Negative: We liked everything! Just one note to bring all essentials (which we forgot) like soap, toilet paper etc.

Summary: A beautiful place managed by a lovely host, pleasantly separated from the bustle of Luxor city.
