Summary: They were very friendly when they greeted us when we arrived a bit earlier than check-in and our room wasn’t ready yet. They invited us to have a mini massage which was nice then we got our hotel key bracelets and had to access to the pools. Our room had a nice view and we were able to pick the style of feather pillows we wanted firm or light. They also gave us scented incense and that we could pick the smell we wanted, which was a nice way to relax. We had dinner at their lounge restaurant, which was nice so we could enjoy the hockey game that was playing.

Summary: Room was good however we were on the end and overlooked an abandoned lot with squatters. Poolside food was mediocre at best. Very friendly staff but slow to respond to requests for extra coffee and other items.

Summary: Anniversary getaway. The staff is amazing and friendly. The views stunning from the balcony. It’s definitely not a hotel if you plan on partying. It’s calm and quiet and relaxing. The new restaurant La Perla had such amazing food. Would definitely recommend for couples who want to get away from the ruckus.
