On the ground floor, there is the entrance hall, a large living room with a double sofa bed and a large Smart TV, a dining room with a table for 8 people and access to the back patio with sun loungers; a fully equipped kitchen and a gym with access to the pool area; a laundry room; and a bathroom.On the first floor, there are four bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and terrace, another bedroom with two single beds and balcony, two more bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), and one more bathroom. Summary: A fantastic location for easy access to the town, the accommodation is spacious and there is a/c in all the bedrooms. Convenient parking is available and access to the property is via a locked black gate with No 73 above it (out and left from the carpark). The space is fantastic if you wish to eat in and there is a very convenient well stocked supermarket about 200m away. We would definitely consider renting the house again.

Summary: The villa was clean, spacious and in a great location near all the restaurants. We had a couple of issues (with hot water and internet) but the friendly staff at Slow Villas were easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and dealt with the issues quickly and efficiently. Overall a great stay and we would return. It would have been easier to collect the key at the villa rather than at the slow villa office in Palma.
