Positive: In a quiet location, had every we wanted, pool was good,staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay! The villa cats made leaving our pets at home a little less stressful!! Indy went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable after a painful dental procedure!

Negative: The lane way was a little small, that’s really the only thing if I had to say something!

Positive: The bedroom size was fantastic, spacious bathrooms and storage for clothes. The pool and lawn area were of excellent size too, and the kitchen, although small, was extremely well stocked with plenty of crockery and utensils.

Negative: There wasn't anything that we didn't like per se, the living area was a tad small but we didn't need to spend a lot of time there so it wasn't an issue.

Summary: Such a great villa for us - great location and size for our young family.

Positive: The place actually exceeded our expectations, The place looked exactly as in the photos. Sparkling clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and clean plus they have tea and coffee and water dispenser with it's water container full. Great flexibility and help from indy the owner. Cleaning everyday without disturbing us as we woke up late. The location is very good, quiet area and still very near to the action, just five minuts walk to la favela and the night life area. There is mini market on the main street and across the street there is restaurant called basil Kitchen which is a very good place that offers an amazing breakfast for a reasonable price and all day dining. The rooms were very cleanc, omfortable and spacious. Bathrooms are very clean and has towels and even beach towels. Definitely a recommendation and very good value for money. Thank you indy for the great job you are doing.

Negative: Out of honesty i have to state that : The steps in the pool needs to be cleaned more though the pool itself is very clean and enjoyable. The bean bags needs to be refilled or to be replaced by a relaxed or comfortable seats by the bool and the garden. But i have to say that these are very minor things and didn't affect our stay and could be an add the place.
