Summary: Property was beautiful and well maintained. Ketut was a fabulous host and the breakfast option was amazing. Ketut went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The villa was private and close too many great restaurants. Enjoyed being close enough to go for a daily morning walk on the beach.

Summary: I have stayed in many villas in Bali and this one was a stand out. Location and size were outstanding. The pool was huge and in the sun all day. The other best part was Ketut the property manager. She was very helpful and looked after us all well. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Summary: Recommend this properly for an amazing stay in Seminyak. Well upkept and modern, it is perfectly located, close to beach, restaurants, clubs and shopping. Everything is within a few minutes walk. Property manager Ketut is amazing and helpful with every aspect of your stay. Will even make meals upon request and to your specifications. Will be returning here whenever in Balli.

Summary: Sensational villa with all the facilities you could need. Amazing pool with sunshine all day in the yard for those that love a tan. So close to great restaurants and shopping making it easy to get around. Ketut goes out of her way to ensure you have a wonderful time. Can’t wait to book our next stay.

Summary: Private Clean Relaxing Quiet Walking distance to everything. House & yard was cleaned every day, beds made, fruit cut & served, laundry & ironing done. Netflix, Spotify, beautiful pool, sunbeds, yard to kick ball around, throw a frisbee. Feeding all the koi fish in the various ponds was a real novelty. All our needs were met, awesome holiday!

Summary: 2 couples staying at this amazing property. The photos don’t actually do it justice, this villa is fantastic. A few hundred metres from the beach and Seminyak village . Close to restaurants and bars but you don’t hear any of the noise . Then the villa manager Ketut was amazing , so helpful with whatever we needed . From a car to Mama San , to organising an ATV trip Best stay we have ever had in Seminyak! Hope to be back !

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay! The villa is huge and even better than the pictures. 4 huge bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. There’s heaps of space for 2 families or 4 couples. Ketut and her team looked after us so well!! Location is perfect; close to restaurants, beach clubs, beach and great shopping. All within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!!
