The 100 square meters elegant villa, is a place that has been created with love and attention to the details, overlooking to the port of Kea, offering breathtaking views to the sunset and nearby islands.
Following the island’s traditional architectural style, the villa is made of local stone on the outside and large verandas overlooking at the port and the infinite Aegean blue. The house is spanning over two levels and possesses a lovely garden, extended in three levels, full of herbs and various aegean plants and flowers. At the upper level there is a spacious terrace with a pergola-covered dining area, under which there is a monastery wooden table that accommodates up to 8 people. The main level consists of the entrance, the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that sits up to 6 people, a spacious living room with a built in fireplace, a roof fan, TV, DVD and CD player and a WC. At the ground level there is a stylish master bedroom (king size bed) with en suite bathroom and a cosy double bedroom (queen size bed) with bathroom and shower. Both rooms open to the ground level terrace and have access to the garden.

Summary: I and my wife spent 10 days in this beautiful house by the end of july. We were welcomed warmly with all the necessary information on the house and its sorroundings and even received a welcome basket with traditional Kea products. The house was splendid since our first istant there: marvellous view, perfectly furnished and clean, organized and decorated with a taste we appreciated. We had a good time there, and we watched many beautiful sunsets on the terrace. We found there everything we could need (or desire), including appliances and kitchen tools we are used to have in our home. Kea island has a lot of beautiful beaches to choose from, never too crowdy and with cristal clean waters. There are many paths to follow if you prefer panoramic views and archaeological sites. We found the climate perfect, never too hot even in sunny days thanks to the winds that quite costantly flows during summer time. We fell in love with the house and the island: we'll get there again for sure!

Summary: My husband and I just got back from a week at this beautiful house and can't say enough great things about it. The house is impeccably clean and cozy with the most amazing view in the world!!! Every convenience is there for you. The island of Kea is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful with amazing beaches, hikes, and places to eat delicious local Greek food. We totally recommend Villa Pietra to anyone who wants to get away from it all and enjoy a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting.
