Summary: The nine of us and the dog enjoyed the perfectly equipped house in a dreamlike environment. Although the weather was changeable, we were able to use the pool sufficiently. Shops and good restaurants were within walking distance. Also possibilities for excursions were sufficient. We're always happy to come back!

Summary: We visited this property as our first ever family vacation with three toddlers and it was pefect! The property itself was beautiful, the town is quaint and the hostess is sweet and accomodating! The only reason i gave the neighborhood 4 stars is because i did not take into account the winding roads when planning this trip which is my own fault. I would definitely recommend this property to others. In fact, I have already shared how awesome it is with all of my friends and co-workers! Thank you for a fantastic visit!!

Summary: This is an absolute gem, the facilities are fabulous, we loved the outdoor living space in paricular set amongst the beautiful gardens. We made great use of the impressive BBQ and Pizza Oven, and had a lot of fun with the Fussball table alao. The pool was a lovely temperature, and views were magnificent. Very handy for the regular trains to the rest of Tuscany and beyond, Perfect for our 2 families!

Summary: Travelling with 5 adults and 3 children the House was Great. 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms provides the privacy and space you need. A lot of areas to relax and read a book or to gather for meals and social interactions. Everything is nice and clean, and though the villa is not new, it is well looked after. The pool area is magnificent! Spacious to sunbade and included as part of the beautiful garden, it includes a pavilion to eat or take a break from the sun. The garden is beatuiful and well kept! You will be well treated and met with hospitality, and maybe some surpricing sweats from Rita👍 The city is small and you will experience Italy as Italians live, remember to bring a dictionary or Google translate:-) A bit remote, but by car we managed to visit Lucca, La Spezia, Carfagnano, Mira (beatiful mountains), Lago di Vagli, Grotta di Vento and other parts of the lovely area. If you are looking for a villa with all you need, pool and peace, we can highly recommend.

Summary: This house is great if you are with a big family or group. The five bedrooms and bathrooms provide all the space you need. The owner is very kind and came to us several times with some local delicacy. The pool was great and we were in luck to be able to use it as early as late april, as the weather was excellent. The house offers a lot of space, indoors and out. There are several different areas to sit and have a drink surrounding the house. The area is very beautifull, with lots of options for walks in the hills. The house does have a lot of small steps between rooms, which makes it less suitable for toddlers and people who are using a wheelchair. For all other groups it is great.

Summary: We rent the house with some of our friends, in total we were three famillies and had enough space for all of us! The house is clean and really offers all you would need for a good holiday! The area is just a little bit calm, not enough acticities for children... but nothing to do with the house! ;o) We recommend!

Summary: The Villa in Piazza al Serchio is a lovely place to stay with a big family. The property is well located an has an amazing swimming pool to relax. During the whole day the pool has sunshine. The village is without any tourism and the local people are very friendly. Prices of food and beverages are very low. The owner of the villa mrs. Rita is taking good care of her visitors. She surprised us with several local foods. The property is very clean. The interior is typical Italian old style. By train you can travel cheap and easy to the touristic cities like Lucca, Pisa, Florence. Overall a very nice location for a Italian Holiday.

Summary: We were a group of two families who had a lovely stay at this property. The property was spacious with ample facilities for a large group. The gardens and pool area were absolutely lovely and immaculately maintained, the heated pool was also a real winner with the kids! In addition to the the owners were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed Rita's tiramasu and creme brulee.
