This is a beautiful 3 storey villa on a mountainside with a stupendous view, swimming pool, large well tended garden with BBQ area and comfortable living spaces. You will enjoy the sunsets over the peloponnese in the distance while the kids frolick around the pool. The house is built on a large plot of land and faces West. It has private on site parking, a large terrace leading to the pool and garden, and a covered area with a bar and BBQ. The swimming pool is large, at 15m x 8.5m. The house is built on 3 levels. On the ground floor are the living room, kitchen, ground floor, the first floor has 3 bedrooms (one twin room, one double room, and one room with double bed and a bunk bed for kids. The second floor has the master bedroom. A really special place to spend your holiday in the majical island of Aegina.

Summary: Viewing the photos from the estate we had, quite naturally, high expectations. However, our expectations were tremendously exceeded. Upon arrival we were shown in a very well designed and aesthetically pleasing house, with a lot of valuable and beautiful ornaments. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. We were greeted very warmly by our gracious hostess , Mrs Marianthi, who spared no expenses for creating a very welcoming effect on us. The upstairs master bedroom is spacious and well furnished, with every amenity and an airy bathroom full of light. The main floor has three bedrooms, also very comfortable, all bedrooms have all large, airy with French windows and their own bathrooms. Coming down to the lower floor, the kitchen and living room area, however , you discover the magic of the place. The living room opens with huge French windows to a magnificent view of the swimming pool and all of Aigina below. What can one say to describe this to you! It pays you back for all winter evenings! The outside garden has open spaces where one can sit and relax, enjoy the view, sit and talk, lie in the sun or under the umbrellas, and enjoy every hour of the day. There is actually an ideal space for every single hour of the day, and most have also outdoor ceiling fans.The kitchen is fully equipped and even a demanding chef will find everything they need to create a lovely meal. Lastly but quite importantly, the service offered from the wonderful pair that maintain the estate, Eguca and Nino, was exceptional! Discreet but very alert, they assisted us in everything, from putting up the huge swimming pool umbrellas to taking our garbage all the time etc.
