Positive: The host was very friendly, we only saw her at check out but she was always in contact with us and made sure we were alright. Very professional and a lovely, polite, bubbly woman. The cottage was very comfortable and clean, and the robes were a nice added touch.

Positive: What an awesome stay we had here! Very peaceful and quiet near to the centre of Mossel Bay. Andrea is a wonderful host who welcomed us with open arms. She gave us lots of brochures and info on M-bay and surrounds for activities to do. We stayed in the house with an art-deco vibe and it really felt like home. It is clear that a lot of love went into the decor and lovely small details that really made Villa Palmera a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was to die for. The rooms were excellent. Just loved the bath products! Parking in front of the garage was safe with cameras. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool. Would love to go again. Felt awful to leave.
