Positive: The view was excellent. Procedure for self entering was easy to understand. High quality appliances. Thick curtains and blinds. Manual icemaker in fridge. Place was clean. Although I told Deon that we will not need the gas stove he organized the replacement gas cylinder very quickly. Deon works with WhatApp messages while Ronel phones to follow up.

Negative: There is no handrail for the stairs. Lights from other rooms shines through the bedroom doors.

Summary: This is a high quality stay.

Positive: The Rousseau party is very impressed with your facilities. They really enjoyed their stay and some of them will definitely return in the near future.

Negative: The one morning the guests wanted to make breakfast but had to dine out because the gas being empty. This was however replaced during the next day.

Summary: Memorable stay well worth every cent.

Positive: Best location in Mossel Bay overlooking the ocean. The house is beautifully decorated with a great sense of detail, and it has all the amenities needed for a family. Beds are large and extremely comfortable. And Deon was super communicative and friendly

Negative: There wasn't enough hot water for six people taking a shower in the morning
