Summary: I can't say enough good things about our stay here -- the house was beautifully kept, perfectly designed, spacious, comfortable, and great for small or large groups. The outdoor space is one of the nicest I have come across in the 10 times I've stayed in Palm Springs. Steve and Maria were fantastic hosts who helped us feel right at home, including help they offered in mailing back an article of clothing we left at the house. Great price for a wonderful property -- do yourself a favor and stay here if you're going to Palm Springs.

Summary: When I think of spending time in palm springs, I picture myself sitting in the pool with the gorgeous mountains in the background. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was absolutely stunning to wake up to this every morning and ending the day in the jacuzzi with the same. The house was gorgeous and the kitchen had everything we needed for the perfect stay. We had one quick issue with the jacuzzi but the hosts were quick to reply to our requests and it was heated in no time at all. I can't wait to book our next trip villa palm springs!

Summary: We absolutely loved this property. The photos were true to life, and the house had such a great energy—stylish, comfortable, and incredibly well-stocked. Everything we needed was right there, and I was impressed by how equipped the home was. Location is amazing, super close to everything you need.That said, we did run into a couple of issues that were a bit disappointing. We requested the pool to be heated for one of the days, but it never reached a comfortable temperature (never above 72), and the jets didn’t work until the day we were leaving. The app used to control the hot tub was also inconsistent and glitchy, and it didn’t reflect the actual temperature accurately. Although the host did call and reset the system, the hot tub kept shutting off on its own, meaning we had to wait each time for it to reheat, which made it hard to actually enjoy.We also had some trouble with the oven on our last night. After buying groceries with plans to cook, the ignition kept clicking nonstop despite working fine Friday. When I reached out to the host, the response felt a bit dismissive. I was told “the oven is not broken” and it's "brand new" without any further troubleshooting, which was frustrating since I was just looking for help or at least acknowledgment that something might be off.Despite those hiccups, we had a great stay overall. I’d just recommend checking with the host ahead of time to ensure the hot tub and pool systems are fully functional before booking.

Summary: This is a lovely, 4 BR/3 BA home that is stylishly decorated and fully equipped. Great, comfortable beds, spacious living room for gathering, large kitchen with dining table for 6 and island/breakfast bar for an additional 4. New, top of the line appliances, and all the necessary pots, pans, small appliances and dishes. The master "wet room" bathroom is fabulous, with soaking tub, double sinks, "smart" toilet and shower.The outside space was great. The pool and hot tub worked perfectly. There were plenty of pool towels, loungers and tables. The ping pong table was great, and there are many other provided board and lawn games. We had two small issues, one a partially clogged shower drain and the other an issue with turning on the heat for the hot tub. Maria was quick to respond, and both issues were handled immediately. She's terrific!This was a great property for a large group. Plenty of space to spread out, and lots of outdoor furnishings and seating. Two thumbs up!!

Summary: What an amazing property! It had everything you could ask for - a great layout, beautiful decor, gorgeous views and the perfect location. There were six of us in our group for a girls trip and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing time. Maria and Steve were great to work with - accommodating our early arrival and late check-out requests and being quick to respond to questions. We all said we would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to others visiting Palm Springs.
