Villa Oneiro is a charming holiday property, located very close to Kassiopi, just a step away from Kalamaki (Apraos) sandy beach, with large private pool and stunning sea views, which can accommodate a family or party of 8 people in four air-conditioned bedrooms.
The villa nestles on the slop of a small hill overlooking the open sea and the Albanian coasts across, it is surrounded by an olive grove, in a quiet area off Kassiopi and it is set in two levels.
The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen, living room with dining area, one double and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms. A utility room with washing machine and a guests' WC are also located on this part of the villa.
French doors of both the bedrooms and the communal spaces open onto the sunny terraces and the pool. There is also available - on this level - a front roofed balcony, with the necessary furniture for reading your book by the pool or chill out with a drink and admire the open Ionian sea at the front.
The interior staircase lands on the upper floor, which comprises of two twin bedrooms with en-suite showers and doors opening onto their own front balconies.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, really spacious and enjoy amazing sea views over the bay and the beach of Kalamaki (Apraos). If additional bed is required there is a folding bed available for use.

Summary: This is a wonderful villa with stunning views and a great layout four a group of eight people. The pool area was great for us, as was the eating area at the back. You will need some form of transport as the location is a bit remote and the driveway can be challenging - we had a nine seater minibus! We were ther pre-season and a lot of the restaurants and beaches were being prepared for the new season, but this meant there were less people around.Some of the villas facilities, like the showers, were a little dated, but the positive features, more than made up for this!The team at EOS were very helpful and even allowed us to stay an extra 2 hours after check out, which really helped - thanks again.

Summary: We had a great stay in Villa Oneira. Don't expect super modern facilities, but a charming villa that just has everything you need. The view is amazing (pictures can't do it justice), and the terrace very enjoyable. The beach is just nearby, but when you walk 800 meters down south, there's is the cutes little pebble beach, Siki beach, which is more charming than the beach in front of the house. The village Kassiopi has everything you need: supermarket, best bakery on the island (try the lemon tarts!), and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Summary: The villa gives a perfect view. To have some suitable Taverns we had to go to Kassiopi at our stay (May).The house keeping were perfect and very helpful.

Summary: Beautiful and well-equipped villa, fantastic sea view from the windows of all rooms, long and sandy beach. Very good contact with the owner. Mrs. Sandra (very nice and helpful) takes care of the cleanliness. The facility complies with the description and photos on booking. I highly recommend it!!!

Summary: The villa is in a good location being only a few minutes walk down to the sandy beach of Apraos. The pool area is lovely and there is loads of room around it for everyone to relax and take in the view, although the road below can be quite noisy. We always ate at the table on the pool side as the one by the front door had no view. The 4 bedrooms are a good size and all have an en-suite, although the showers are small and the shower heads need replaced and 2 of them didn't attach to the wall which wasn't very good. The kitchen was a good size and we cooked dinner on 4 nights, although used the grill in the oven as the BBQ is at the other side of the house. On the whole the kitchen is well equipped but it could do with some more plates and cutlery as we had to wash up our lunch dishes to have enough for dinner. There are good restaurants within walking distance but you have to drive to the shops.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Villa Oneiro. Everything was fine, a spacious house, a beautiful view and just 5 minutes (by feet) to the beach or to Kassiopi (by car) with a lot of restaurants.

Summary: We had a lovely time in this clean and spacious villa. Great to have a bathroom for each room. The pool wa slovenly and clean and the view was amazing. There were 4 tavernas as all within 5 to 10 mins walk and Kassiopi is a 10 min drive away and is loveky for shopping and eating out. If wasps are in issue during your stay just burn some coffee grounds and that'll keep them at bay. Showers need a little update but still fine! Thank you for a great stay

Summary: This was our second holiday in Villa Onerio at Kalamaki. Excellent location, walking distance to the beach with restaurants and tavernas and we were pleased to see a new restaurant has opened within walking distance of the villa, a bit more pricey but well worth it. . It was good to see all the restaurants busy and the staff were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Only a short drive into Kasssiopi with plenty of shopping opportunities, as well as restaurants and bars etc,
